Abstract

Sistem pendukung keputusan adalah bagian dari sistem informasi berbasis komputer (termasuk sistem berbasis pengetahuan (manajemen pengetahuan) yang dipakai untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan dalam suatu organisasi atau perusahaan. Dapat juga dikatakan sebagai sistem komputer yang mengolah data menjadi informasi untuk mengambil keputusan dari masalah semi-terstruktur yang spesifik. Pemberian Bonus adalah kompensasi tambahan yang diberikan kepada karyawan atas pekerjaannya yang baik dan menguntungkan perusahaan. Bonus bisa digunakan sebagai penghargaan terhadap pencapaian tujuan-tujuan spesifik yang ditetapkan oleh perusahaan, atau untuk dedikasinya kepada perusahaan. Bonus merupakan hal yang sangat wajar dalam sebuah pekerjaan. Jika kamu baik dan menguntungkan perusahaan pastinya kamu akan mendapatkan kompensasi lebih yang diberikan oleh pihak perusahaan. Selain itu terdapat bonus-bonus lainnya yang ditawarkan. Metode MOORA adalah sistem multi-objektif yang mengoptimalkan dua atau lebih attribut yang saling bertentangan secara bersamaan. Metode ini diterapkan untuk memecahkan masalah dengan perhitungan matematika yang kompleks. Berbasis Desktop adalah aplikasi yang dioperasikan dengan cara menginstalnya terlebih dulu di sistem operasi. Aplikasi ini mengacu pada program yang diinstal pada perangkat desktop (PC dan laptop) mampu beroperasi secara offline, tetapi kita harus menginstalnya sendiri pada laptop atau komputer. ============================================================ A decision support system is part of a computer-based information system (including a knowledge-based system (knowledge management) that is used to support decision making in an organization or company. It can also be said as a computer system that processes data into information to make decisions from semi-structured problems specific one. Bonuses are additional compensation given to employees for their good work and benefiting the company. Bonuses can be used as a reward for achieving specific goals set by the company, or for dedication to the company. Bonuses are a very natural thing in a job. If you are good and profitable for the company, of course you will get more compensation provided by the company. In addition, there are other bonuses offered. The MOORA method is a multi-objective system that optimizes two or more conflicting attributes simultaneously. This method is applied to solve problems with complex mathematical calculations. Desktop-based is an application that is operated by installing it first on the operating system. This application refers to programs installed on desktop devices (PCs and laptops) capable of operating offline, but we have to install them ourselves on a laptop or computer.
