Abstract

Ikhsan Rifky Baihaqi, 2021, Penerapan Content-Based Filtering Pada Sistem Rekomendasi Anime Berbasis Semantik. Skripsi Program Studi Teknik Informatika, Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Informatika dan Komputer (STMIK) Widya Cipta Dharma Samarinda, Ketua Pembimbing : Wahyuni, S.Kom., M.Kom, Anggota Pembimbing : Siti Lailiyah, S.Kom., M.Kom. Anime begitu banyak digemari oleh masyarakat Indonesia, khususnya di kalangan remaja dan ini menjadi bukti bahwa pengaruh anime tidak bisa dipandang sebelah mata. Banyak berbagai macam situs streaming anime bersubtitle kan Bahasa Indonesia, namun belum ada sistem yang memberikan rekomendasi anime yang mendekati karakteristik pengguna atau penikmat anime. Sistem Rekomendasi Anime, merupakan sistem yang dibuat untuk membantu pengguna atau penikmat anime dalam merekomendasikan anime kepada pengguna dengan menggunakan bantuan metode Content-Based Filtering. Content-Based Filtering adalah metode yang merekomendasikan suatu dokumen berdasarkan jumlah kemunculan term atau kata yang ada pada sisi pengguna kemudian dilakukan pembobotan akhir dari rumus TF-IDF hingga menghasilkan sebuah rekomendasi. Kriteria yang digunakan untuk menetukan sebuah rekomendasi adalah Judul, Tipe, Studio, Genre, Tahun Rilis dan Seiyuu (Pengisi Suara Karakter). Sistem Rekomendasi Anime Berbasis Semantik yang dapat memperkaya informasi yang diberikan sehingga menjadi lebih baik dalam pendefinisiannya, agar memungkinkan komputer dapat memahami informasi yang telah diberikan sehingga komputer dan manusia dapat bekerja sama. Adapun hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah sistem rekomendasi anime berhasil menampilkan hasil rekomendasi dengan melewati beberapa pengujian seperti beta testing dan white box, namun keputusan akhir pemilihan anime tetap berada dipihak pengguna. =============================================================================================================== Ikhsan Rifky Baihaqi, 2021, Application of Content-Based Filtering in Semantic-Based Anime Recommendation System. Anime is very much loved by the people of Indonesia, especially among teenagers and this is proof that the influence of anime cannot be underestimated. There are many kinds of anime streaming sites with Indonesian subtitles, but there is no system that provides anime recommendations that approach the characteristics of users or anime lovers. Anime Recommendation System, is a system created to assist users or anime connoisseurs in recommending anime to users by using the Content-Based Filtering method. Content-Based Filtering is a method that recommends a document based on the number of occurrences of terms or words on the user's side, then the final weighting of the TF-IDF formula is carried out to produce a recommendation. The criteria used to determine a recommendation are Title, Type, Studio, Genre, Year of Release and Seiyuu (Character Voice). Semantic-Based Anime Recommendation System that can enrich the information provided so that it becomes better in its definition, in order to allow computers to understand the information that has been provided so that computers and humans can work together. The final result of this research is the anime recommendation system successfully displays the recommendation results by passing several tests such as beta testing and white box, but the final decision on anime selection remains on the side of the user.
