Abstract

STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma, Pembimbing Utama Salmon, S.Kom., M.Kom, Pembimbing Pendamping, Drs. Azahari, M.Kom. Kata Kunci : Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Sewa, Metode MOORA. Peningkatan jumlah properti membuat persaingan dalam bisnis properti semakin ketat. Setiap developer membangun ruko dengan kelebihan masing-masing agar pengguna tertarik untuk menyewa ruko yang mereka tawarkan. Pengguna juga memiliki kriteria yang berbeda dalam memilih ruko yang akan mereka sewa, seperti harga sewa, letak strategis, luas bangunan, keamanan, kebersihan, fasilitas, tipe ruko, traffic, luas tanah, waktu operasional. Banyaknya pilihan ruko sering kali membuat pengguna kesulitan untuk menentukan pilihan yang paling sesuai dengan keinginan pengguna. Maka dari itu untuk penelitian ini dipilihlah metode MOORA untuk membantu mengambil keputusan pada saat menyeleksi ruko-ruko sesuai dengan keinginan, karena metode MOORA membagi permasalahan ke dalam sebagai sasaran-sasaran yang terukur secara otomatis akan lebih memotivasi daripada target yang tidak jelas. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi dan metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode dari sistem pendukung keputusan, yaitu tahap intelligence, design, choice, dan implementation. Karena metode ini mempunyai tahapan-tahapan yang jelas nyata dan praktis. Kemudian pengujian sistem yaitu Black Box dan Beta Testing. Dengan adanya Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Pemilihan Sewa Ruko Berbasis Web Di Samarinda Menggunakan Metode MOORA, dapat membantu mengambil keputusan pada saat menyeleksi ruko-ruko sesuai dengan keinginan dan dapat menghasilkan informasi yang relatif cepat, tepat dan dapat dilakukan tanpa terkendala waktu. ================================================================================== Maria Kristiana, 2021, Decision Support System Web-Based Shophouse Rental Selection In Samarinda Using the MOORA Method. Keywords: Decision Support System, Rent, MOORA method The increase in the number of properties makes competition in the property business getting tighter. Each developer builds a shop with advantages each so that users are interested in renting their own shop offer. Users also have different criteria in choosing a shop they will rent, such as rental price, strategic location, building area, security, cleanliness, facilities, type of shop, traffic, land area, operational time. The many choices of shophouses often make it difficult for users to determine the choice that best suits the user's wishes. Therefore, for this study, the MOORA method was chosen to help make decisions when selecting shophouses as desired, because the MOORA method divides problems into measurable targets that will automatically motivate more than unclear targets. The method of data collection are uses observation methods and system development methods using methods from decision support systems, that is the stage of intelligence, design, choice, and implementation. Because this method has stages that are clearly real and practical. Then testing the system is Black Box and Beta Testing, so that the system is obtained in accordance with the wishes of the coaches. With the Web-Based Shophouse Rental Decision Support System Using the MOORA Method, it can help make decisions when selecting shophouses as desired and can produce information that is relatively fast, precise and can be done without time constraints.
