Abstract
Untuk membangun gedung sarang burung Wallet, tentu harus memperhatikan hal-hal yang dapat membuat burung Wallet mau untuk masuk ke sarang (gedung) tersebut. Di samping itu, pengusaha sarang Wallet harus memperhatikan hal-hal lain terkait modal atau sumber dayanya. Berdasarkan informasi umum, datang atau tidaknya, betah atau tidaknya burung-burung Wallet pada gedung yang dibangun untuk menjadi sarangnya, masih merupakan suatu ketidakpastian. Namun, para pengusaha tetap mengambil resiko ini karena nilai keuntungan yang jauh lebih besar sehingga kurang memikirkan kerugian ke depannya. Technique For Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) adalah suatu teknik pengambilan keputusan multikriteria yang sederhana, mudah dipahami, namun cukup kompleks atau teliti dalam menganalisis kriteria untuk pengambilan keputusan. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi dan metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode dari sistem pendukung keputusan, yaitu tahap intelligence, design, choice, dan implementation. Karena metode ini mempunyai tahapan-tahapan yang jelas nyata dan praktis. Kemudian pengujian sistem yaitu Black Box dan Beta Testing. Dengan adanya Sistem Pemilihan Lokasi Pembangunan Sarang Walet Menggunakan TOPSIS Berbasis Web, dapat admin dan pihak Pusat Rehabilitasi Sarang Burung Walet dalam mengambil keputusan yang tepat dalam menentukan seleksi lokasi gedung sarang walet. The method of data collection are uses observation methods and system development methods using methods from decision support systems, that is the stage of intelligence, design, choice, and implementation. Because this method has stages that are clearly real and practical. Then testing the system is Black Box and Beta Testing, so that the system is obtained in accordance with the wishes of the coaches. With the Swallow's Nest Location Determination System Using Web-Based TOPSIS, the admin and the Swallow's Nest Rehabilitation Center can make the right decision in determining the selection of the swallow's nest building location.
