Abstract

Skripsi Program Studi Sistem Informasi, Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Informatika dan Komputer Widya Cipta Dharma, Pembimbing Utama Basrie S.Kom., M.Kom, Pembimbing Pendamping Bartolomius Harpad S.Kom., M.Kom. Kata Kunci : Analisis, WebQual 4.0, Website Website SMK Plus Melati pada saat ini belum dilakukan pengujian analisis pengaruh kualitas website terhadap kepuasan pengguna, dimana kepuasan pengguna adalah faktor utama untuk mengetahui kulaitas yang disampaikan sebuah website. Dengan demikian pengukuran dijadikan sebagai tolak ukur dimana informasi yang disampaikan sudah memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna dan mencapai tingkat kepuasan yang diinginkan pengguna. Maka dilakukan analisis kualitas layanan website pada SMK Plus Melati dengan menggunakan metode WebQual 4.0. Adapun hasil akhir dari penelitian ini yakni berupa suatu hasil perhitungan statistik dari hubungan antar variabel yang mempengaruhi kualitas website yang digunakan pada SMK Plus Melati. ========================================================= Bayu Saputra, 2021, Analysis of Website Service Quality at SMK Plus Melati Using the WebQual 4.0 Method. Thus the measurement is used as a benchmark where the information submitted has met the needs of the user and achieved the level of satisfaction desired by the user. Then an analysis of the quality of website services at SMK Plus Melati was carried out using the WebQual 4.0 method. The final result of this research is in the form of a statistical calculation of the relationship between variables that affect the quality of the website used at SMK Plus Melati.
