Abstract

STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma Samarinda merupakan satu dari sekian Kampus swasta yang bermodel Sekolah Tinggi, Sekolah Tinggi ini beralamat di Jalan M Yamin No. 25 Kelurahan Samarinda Ulu, kabupaten Kota Samarinda – Provinsi Kalimantan Timur – Indonesia. PUSKOM merupakan salah satu divisi yang ada di STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma. Sistem penjaminan mutu di STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma saat ini sudah dimulai dengan penetapan standar, kebijakan serta dokumen mutu. Tata kelola teknologi informasi merupakan upaya yang menjamin pengelolaan teknologi informasi dapat mendukung selarasnya strategi bisnis suatu enterprise yang dilakukan oleh dewan direksi, manajemen eksekutif, dan juga oleh manajemen teknologi informasi. Dalam meningkatkan layanan sistem informasi dalam berbagai bidang, Agar investasi TI yang dibangun tidak salah dalam mengelola sumber daya (misalnya uang, waktu dan produktivitas), agar tidak membuat kesalahan dalam strategi dan kebijakan TI, maka perlu dibuat suatu Tata Kelola yang baik, khususnya untuk mengelola layanan sistem informasi Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dengan melakukan observasi dan melakukan wawancara kepada Ketua PUSKOM dengan memberikan pertanyaan-pertanyaan yang berkaitan pada layanan operasional Pusat Komputer pada STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma. Menggunakan framework ITIL V 3 sebagai tahap pengembangan teknologi infromasi suatu layanan untuk menentukkan tingkat kematangan pada layanan operasional Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu Ketua maupun staf Pusat Komputer pada STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma dalam menyusun, menerapkan proses yang dapat menjamin layanan operasional TI khususnya yaitu IT Service Operation. dan memaksimalkan kualitas layanan ========================================================= STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma Samarinda is one of the many private campuses with the high school model. This campuses is located at M Yamin Street No. 25 sub-district of Samarinda Ulu, district of Samarinda City - East Kalimantan Province - Indonesia. PUSKOM is one of the divisions in STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma. The quality assurance system at STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma has now started with the establishment of standards, policies and quality documents. Information technology governance is an effort to ensure the management of information technology can support the alignment of an enterprise's business strategy carried out by the board of directors, executive management, and also by information technology management. In improving information system services in various fields, so that the IT investment that is built is not wrong in managing resources (for example money, time and productivity), so as not to make mistakes in IT strategies and policies, it is necessary to make good governance, especially for manage information system services. The data collection method used by observing and conducting interviews with the Head of PUSKOM by giving questions related to the operational services of the Computer Center at STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma. Using the ITIL V 3 framework as the stage of developing a service's information technology to determine the maturity level of operational services. The results of this study are expected to help the Chairperson and staff of the Computer Center at STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma in developing, implementing processes that can guarantee IT operational services, especially IT Service Operations. and maximize service quality.
