Abstract

Rahmat Daffa Affandi, 2021, Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Penentuan Pemutihan Izin Belajar Dan Tugas Belajar Guru Provinsi Kalimantan Timur Dengan Metode SMARTER Berbasis Web. STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma, Pembimbing Utama, Dr. Heny Pratiwi, S.Kom., M.Pd., M.TI, Pembimbing Pendamping, Drs. Azahari, M.Kom. Kata Kunci : Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Izin Belajar dan Tugas Belajar, Metode SMARTER. Program tugas belajar dan izin belajar bertujuan memenuhi kebutuhan tenaga yang memiliki keahlian atau kompetensi tertentu dalam rangka pelaksanaan tugas dan fungsi serta pengembangan organisasi, mengurangi kesenjangan antara standar kompetensi dan atau persyaratan jabatan dengan kompetensi Guru yang akan mengisi jabatan serta meningkatkan pengetahuan, kemampuan, keterampilan, sikap, dan kepribadian profesional Guru sebagai bagian yang tidak terpisahkan dalam rencana pengembangan karir Guru. Hal ini tentunya membutuhkan sistem pendukung keputusan untuk dapat membantu Dinas Pendidikan dalam menyeleksi Guru memberikan pemutihan izin belajar dan tugas belajar Guru di Provinsi Kalimantan Timur yang dinyatakan siap. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi dan metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode dari sistem pendukung keputusan, yaitu tahap intelligence, design, choice, dan implementation. Karena metode ini mempunyai tahapan-tahapan yang jelas nyata dan praktis. Kemudian pengujian sistem yaitu White Box dan Beta Testing. Hasil Penelitian Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Penentuan Pemutihan Izin Belajar Dan Tugas Belajar Guru Provinsi Kalimantan Timur Dengan Metode SMARTER Berbasis Web, dapat membantu guru dalam proses pengambilan keputusan bagi instansi Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Provinsi Kalimantan Timur khususnya untuk menentukan rekomendasi bagi guru untuk mengikuti peningkatan kualifikasi pendidikan. ========================================================= Rahmat Daffa Affandi, 2021, Decision Support System for Whitening Study Permits and Teacher Learning Tasks for East Kalimantan Province Using the Website-Based SMARTER Method. Keywords: Decision Support System, Study Permits and Study Assignments, SMARTER method The study assignment and study permit program aims to meet the need for personnel who have certain skills or competencies in the context of carrying out their duties and functions as well as organizational development, reducing the gap between competency standards and or job requirements with the competencies of teachers who will fill positions as well as increasing knowledge, abilities, skills, Teacher's professional attitude and personality as an integral part of Teacher's career development plan. This of course requires a decision support system to be able to assist the Education Office in selecting teachers, granting whitening of study permits and teaching assignments for teachers in East Kalimantan Province who are declared ready. The method of data collection are uses observation methods and system development methods using methods from decision support systems, that is the stage of intelligence, design, choice, and implementation. Because this method has stages that are clearly real and practical. Then testing the system is White Box and Beta Testing, so that the system is obtained in accordance with the wishes of the coaches. Results of Research on Decision Support Systems for Determining Bleaching Permits Learning and Learning Tasks for East Kalimantan Province Teachers Using the Method Web-Based SMARTER, can assist teachers in the decision-making process for the Education and Culture Office of East Kalimantan Province in particular to determine recommendations for teachers to take part in improving educational qualifications.
