Abstract

Walet Borneo adalah sebuah cv yang bergerak di bidang penjualan sarang burung wallet di kota samarinda semenjak tahun 2015. CV. Walet Borneo beberapa kali mengganti pemasok sarang burung walet dikarenakan permasalahan-permasalahan seperti tidak adanya stok, pengantaran yang sering terlambat, harga yang kurang terjangkau serta kualitas dari sarang burung walet yang kurang, permasalahan tersebut dapat menjadi kerugian dalam penjualan serta menurunya kepercayaan pelanggan CV. Walet Borneo. Dengan masalah yang dihadapi oleh CV. Walet Borneo, maka dibutuhkan sebuah sistem terkomputerisasi yang dapat membantu untuk memperoleh suatu keputusan yang baik sesuai kebutuhan. Sistem pendukung keputusan dapat menjadi salah satu alternatif pemecahan masalah tersebut. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi dan metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode dari sistem pendukung keputusan, yaitu tahap intelligence, design, choice, dan implementation. Karena metode ini mempunyai tahapan-tahapan yang jelas nyata dan praktis. Kemudian pengujian sistem yaitu Black Box dan Beta Testing. Dengan adanya Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Penentuan Pemasok Sarang Walet pada CV. Walet Borneo Dengan Metode TOPSIS Berbasis Website, dapat membantu admin dan pihak CV. Borneo Walet dalam mengambil keputusan yang tepat dalam menentukan seleksi pemasok sarang walet. Pada hasil testing dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil pengujian pertanyaan kuisioner kepada sepuluh (10) responden dapat ditarik kesimpulan lebih dari 78,2% responden menjawab bahwa Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Penentuan Pemasok Sarang Walet pada CV. Walet Borneo several times changed the supplier of swiftlet nests due to problems such as lack of stock, often late deliveries, unaffordable prices and poor quality of swallow nests, these problems can be a loss in sales and decreased customer trust CV. Walet Borneo. With the problems faced by CV. Walet Borneo, it takes a computerized system that can help to obtain a good decision as needed. Decision support systems can be an alternative solution to these problems. The method of data collection are uses observation methods and system development methods using methods from decision support systems, that is the stage of intelligence, design, choice, and implementation. Because this method has stages that are clearly real and practical. Then testing the system is Black Box and Beta Testing, so that the system is obtained in accordance with the wishes of the coaches. With the Decision Support System for Determining Swallow's Nest Suppliers at CV. Walet Borneo With Website-Based TOPSIS Method, can help admin and CV. Walet Borneo in making the right decision in determining the selection of swallow nest suppliers. On the test results it can be concluded that the results of testing the questionnaire questions to ten (10) respondents can be concluded that more than 78.2% of respondents answered that the Decision Support System for Determining Swallow's Nest Suppliers on CV. Walet Borneo With Website-Based TOPSIS Method meets the criteria for a good website or web application.
