Abstract

Fandi Widodo, 2021, Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Seleksi Penentuan Penerima Bibit Tanaman Pada Dinas Pangan, Tanaman Pangan & Hortikultura Kota Samarinda Dengan Metode Naive Bayes Berbasis Web. STMIK WidyaCipta Dharma,Pembimbing Utama, Amelia Yusnita, S.Kom., M.Kom, Pembimbing Pendamping,H.PajarPahrudin, S.Kom., MH. Kata Kunci : Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Bibit Tanaman, Metode Naive Bayes. Provinsi Kalimantan Timur merupakan salah satu Provinsi yang memiliki banyak lahan hijau yang sangat. dengan suhuudara rata-rata berkisar antara 26,00 C – 27,6o C. Masyarakat Kalimantan Timur memiliki mata pencaharian yang beragam, mulai dari Petani, Nelayan,Wiraswasta, Pedagang,dan masih banyak lainnya. Salah satu program yang ada di Provinsi Kalimantan Timur adalah pemberian bantuan bibit Tanaman Hias kepada para Pengusaha, Kolektor, dan Masyarakat. namun pada kenyataaannya pemberian bantuan Terkadang tidak tepat sasaran dikarenakan sistem yang kurang baikpada Provinsi Kalimantan Timur. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi dan metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode dari sistem pendukung keputusan, yaitu tahap intelligence, design, choice, dan implementation. Karena metode ini mempunyai tahapan-tahapan yang jelas nyata dan praktis. Kemudian pengujian sistem yaitu White Box dan Beta Testing. Dengan adanya Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Seleksi Penerima Bibit Tanaman Pada Dinas Pangan, Tanaman Pangan & Hortikultura Provinsi Kalimantan Timur Dengan Metode Naïve Bayes Berbasis Web dalam mengambil keputusan yang tepat dalam menentukan seleksi penerima bibit tanaman dan mampu memberikan informasi dan rekomendasi penerima bibit tanaman hias yang tepat sasaran. ========================================================= Fandi Widodo, 2021, Decision Support System for Determination of Recipients of Plant Seeds at the Department of Food, Crops & Horticulture, Samarinda City Using the Web-Based Naive Bayes Method. The people of East Kalimantan have a variety of livelihoods, ranging from Farmers, Fishermen, Entrepreneurs, Traders, and many others. One of the existing programs in East Kalimantan Province is the provision of ornamental plant seeds to entrepreneurs, collectors, and communities. but in fact the provision of assistance is sometimes not right on target due to the poor system in East Kalimantan Province. The data collection method uses the observation method and the system development method uses the methods of the decision support system, namely the intelligence, design, choice, and implementation stages. Because this method has clear and practical stages. Then the system testing is White Box and Beta Testing.
