Abstract

Emma Riana Rahmadani, 2021, Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Penerima Dana Alokasi Khusus (DAK) pada Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Kota Samarinda Dengan Metode TOPSIS Berbasis Website. STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma, Pembimbing Utama, Ita Arfyantim, S.Kom., M.M, Pembimbing Pendamping, Andi Yusika Rangan., S.Kom., M.Kom. Kata Kunci : Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Dana Alokasi Khusus, Metode TOPSIS. Penentuan penerima bantuan DAK yang diberikan oleh pemerintah pusat masih belum tepat sasaran dikarenakan masih banyak sekolah menengah kejuruan di Provinsi Kalimantan Timur yang belum memenuhi standar kriteria yang telah di tentukan oleh Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Provinsi Kalimantan Timur yaitu Jumlah siswa, Jumlah ruang kelas, Fasilitas yang dimiliki sekolah (Masjid, Lab Komputer, Bahasa, dan Kimia, Ruang serbaguna, dan Perpustakaan sesuai dengan kebijakan yang ada yang kemudian akan diusulkan oleh pemerintah daerah ke pemerintah pusat untuk mendapatkan dana bantuan DAK. Dengan masalah yang dihadapi oleh Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Provinsi Kalimantan Timur, maka dibutuhkan sebuah sistem terkomputerisasi yang dapat membantu untuk memperoleh suatu keputusan yang baik sesuai kebutuhan. Sistem pendukung keputusan dapat menjadi salah satu alternatif pemecahan masalah tersebut. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi dan metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode dari sistem pendukung keputusan, yaitu tahap intelligence, design, choice, dan implementation. Karena metode ini mempunyai tahapan-tahapan yang jelas nyata dan praktis. Kemudian pengujian sistem yaitu Black Box dan Beta Testing. Pada hasil testing dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil pengujian pertanyaan kuisioner kepada sepuluh (10) responden dapat ditarik kesimpulan lebih dari 78,2% responden menjawab bahwa Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Penerima Dana Alokasi Khusus (DAK) pada Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Kota Samarinda Dengan Metode TOPSIS Berbasis Website memenuhi kriteria-kriteria situs website atau web aplikasi yang baik serta membantu Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Provinsi Kalimantan Timur dalam mengambil keputusan pada saat menentukan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) kota Samarinda yang layak menerima dana bantuan. =============================================================== Emma Riana Rahmadani, 2021, Decision Support System for Recipients of Special Allocation Funds (DAK) at Vocational High Schools (VHC) Samarinda City With the Website-Based TOPSIS Method. With the problems faced by the Kalimantan Provincial Education and Culture Office East, it takes a computerized system that can help to obtain a good decision as needed.Decision support system can be an alternative solution to the problem. The method of data collection are uses observation methods and system development methods using methods from decision support systems, that is the stage of intelligence, design, choice, and implementation. Because this method has stages that are clearly real and practical. Then testing the system is Black Box and Beta Testing, so that the system is obtained in accordance with the wishes of the coaches. On the test results, it can be concluded that the results of testing questionnaire questions to ten (10) respondents can be concluded that more than 78.2% of respondents answered that the Decision Support System for Recipients of Special Allocation Funds (SAF) at Vocational High Schools (VHC) Samarinda City With TOPSIS Method Website-based meets the criteria for a good website or web application and assists the East Kalimantan Provincial Education and Culture Office in making decisions when determining the Samarinda City Vocational High Schools (VHC) that are eligible to receive aid funds.
