Abstract
Eska Bayu Febrian Nur, 2021, Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Penentuan Karyawan Kontrak Menjadi Karyawan Tetap Pada PT. Adira Finance Menggunakan Metode TOPSIS Berbasis Web. STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma, Pembimbing Utama, Ita Arfyanti, S.Kom., M.M, Pembimbing Pendamping, Muhammad Fahmi, S.Kom., M.Kom. Kata Kunci : Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Karyawan Kontrak, Karyawan Tetap, Metode TOPSIS. Penentuan karyawan kontrak untuk menjadi karyawan tetap di PT. Adira Finance, masih terlihat kurang tepat dan membutuhkan waktu, karena penilaian dan perhitungan hasil penentuan karyawan kontrak menjadi karyawan tetap dilakukan secara bertahap seperti penyeleksian yang dilakukan ialah kinerja, masa kerja, absensi, loyalitas dan pendidikan, sehingga kemungkinan kesalahan dalam hasil akhir dari penentuan karyawan kontrak menjadi karyawan tetap sering tidak memenuhi kriteria yang di butuhkan perusahaan dan menghambat kinerja perusahaan. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi dan metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode dari sistem pendukung keputusan, yaitu tahap intelligence, design, choice, dan implementation. Karena metode ini mempunyai tahapan-tahapan yang jelas nyata dan praktis. Kemudian pengujian sistem yaitu Black Box dan Beta Testing. Dengan adanya Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Penentuan Karyawan Kontrak Menjadi Karyawan Tetap Pada PT. Adira Finance Menggunakan Metode TOPSIS Berbasis Web, dapat membantu Supervisor dan HRD dalam mengambil keputusan yang tepat dalam menentukan seleksi karyawan kontrak. Pada hasil beta testing dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil pengujian pertanyaan kuisioner kepada sepuluh (10) responden dapat ditarik kesimpulan lebih dari 80,4% responden menjawab bahwa Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Penentuan Karyawan Kontrak Menjadi Karyawan Tetap Pada PT. Adira Finance Menggunakan Metode TOPSIS Berbasis Web memenuhi kriteria-kriteria situs website atau web aplikasi yang baik. ========================================================= Eska Bayu Febrian Nur, 2021, Decision Support System for Determining Contract Employees to Become Permanent Employees at PT. Adira Finance, still looks inaccurate and takes time, because the assessment and calculation of the results of determining contract employees to become permanent employees is carried out in stages, such as the selection made for performance, tenure, attendance, loyalty and education, so that the possibility of errors in the final result of determining contract employees becomes Permanent employees often do not meet the criteria required by the company and hinder company performance. The method of data collection are uses observation methods and system development methods using methods from decision support systems, that is the stage of intelligence, design, choice, and implementation. Because this method has stages that are clearly real and practical. Then testing the system is Black Box and Beta Testing, so that the system is obtained in accordance with the wishes of the coaches. With the Decision Support System for Determining Contract Employees to Become Permanent Employees at PT. Adira Finance Using the Web-based TOPSIS Method, it can assist Supervisors and HRD in making the right decisions in determining the selection of contract employees. In the test results it can be concluded that the results of beta testing the questionnaire questions to ten (10) respondents can be concluded that more than 80.4% of respondents answered that the Decision Support System Determining for Contract Employees Becomes Permanent Employees at PT. Adira Finance Using the Web-based TOPSIS method meets the criteria for a good website or web application.
