Abstract

ABSTRAK Iin Sarinda, 2021, Sistem Informasi Pemesanan Pemasangan Jok Mobil Pada Toko Java Jok Kecamatan Long Ikis Kabupaten Paser. Skripsi Program Studi Sistem Informasi, Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Informatika dan Komputer Widya Cipta Dharma, Pembimbing Utama Kusno Harianto, S.Kom., M.Kom, Pembimbing Pendamping Drs. Azahari, M.Kom. Kata Kunci : Sistem, Informasi, Pemesanan, Pemasangan, Jok Penelitian dilakukan untuk dapat membuat sistem informasi pemesanan pemasangan jok mobil pada toko Java Jok berbasis website. Dengan output berupa informasi pemesanan cover jok mobil yang ditampilkan melalui data pemasangan pada website Java Jok. Data pemesanan juga dapat otomatis terkirim ke email pelanggan yang telah melakukan pemesanan cover jok mobil. Jika penelitian ini berhasil dapat memberi kemudahan pelayanan serta dapat memberikan informasi yang dibutuhkan pelanggan toko Java Jok, baik pelanggan dari dalam daerah maupun dari luar daerah kecamatan Long Ikis Kabupaten Paser. Penelitian ini dilakukan di toko Java Jok yang beralamat di Jl. Negara KM. 85 Desa Atang Pait Kecamatan Long Ikis Kabupaten Paser. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu dengan wawancara yang mengajukan pertanyaan-pertanyaan yang berkaitan dengan proses pemesanan pemasangan cover jok mobil yang ada di tempat tersebut. Dengan observasi, yaitu mengadakan pengamatan secara langsung pada toko Java Jok. Dalam penelitian ini metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan yaitu Waterfall, dengan perangkat keras pendukung yang digunakan adalah Processor Intel Coleron, RAM minimal 4 GB, Hardisk minimal 1000 GB, Keyboard, dan Mouse. Perangkat lunak pendukung yang digunakan adalah Sistem Operasi Windows 10, Xampp, Firefox/Google Chrome, PHPMyAdmin, dan Sublime Text. Analisa perancangan sistem yang digunakan adalah Unified Modeling Language (UML), dan metode pengujian sistem yang digunakan adalah Blackbox dan Beta Testing. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini berupa sistem informasi pemesanan pemasangan cover jok berbasis website yang dapat diakses secara online. Keywords: System, Information, Ordering, Installation, Seat The research was conducted to be able to create an information system for ordering car seat installations at a website-based Java Jok store. With the output in the form of car seat cover ordering information that is displayed through the installation data on the Java Jok website. Order data can also be automatically sent to the email of customers who have ordered car seat covers. If this research is successful, it can provide ease of service and can provide information needed by customers of the Java Jok store, both customers from within the region and from outside the Long Ikis sub-district, Paser Regency. This research was conducted at the Java Jok shop which is located at Jl. Negara KM. 85 Atang Pait Village, Long Ikis District, Paser Regency. The data collection method used is by interview asking questions related to the ordering process for the installation of car seat covers in that place. By observation, namely making direct observations at the Java Jok store. In this study, the system development method used is Waterfall, with the supporting hardware used is an Intel Coleron Processor, minimum 4 GB RAM, 1000 GB minimum hard drive, Keyboard, and Mouse. The supporting software used is the Windows 10 Operating System, Xampp, Firefox/Google Chrome, PHPMyAdmin, and Sublime Text. System design analysis used is Unified Modeling Language (UML), and system testing methods used are Blackbox and Beta Testing. The results of this study are in the form of a website-based ordering information system for seat cover installations that can be accessed online. By displaying user friendly interface design and visual usage.
