Abstract

Sistem Pendukung Keputusan merupakan suatu sistem yang bisa menyediakan fungsi pengelolaan data yang berdasarkan pada suatu model tertentu sehingga user dari sistem tersebut bisa melakukan pemilihan alternatif keputusan yang paling terbaik. Usaha Kecil Menenngah (UKM) merupakan jenis bisnis atau usaha yang dijalankan dengan skala kecil dan menengah dan bukan anak perusahaan atau cabang manapun. Produk unggulan menggambarkan kemampuan suatu daerah menghasilkan produk, menciptakan nilai, memanfaatkan sumber daya secara nyata, memberi kesempatan kerja, mendatangkan pendapatan bagi masyarakat maupun pemerintah, memiliki prospek untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan investasinya. Dan dalam menentukan suatu produk unggulan tidak mudah karena banyaknya kriteria yang harus dipertimbangkan maka dari itu dibutuhkan suatu sistem yaitu Sistem Pendukung keputusan Penentuan Prioritas Produk Unggulan UKM Pada Dinas Perindustrian Perdagangan Koperasi Dan UKM Provinsi Kalimantan Timur Berbasis Web Dengan Metode MOORA. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Dinas Perindustrian Perdagangan Koperasi Dan UKM Provinsi Kalimantan Timur. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu dengan wawancara yang mengajukan pertanyaan–pertanyaan yang berkaitan dengan proses penentuan prioritas produk unggulan UKM. kemudian pengembangan sistem yang digunakan yaitu Sistem Pendukung Keputusan dan menggunakan Flowchart, Sitemap dan Desain Database sebagai alat bantu pengembangan sistem yang digunakan dalam sistem tersebut . Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Penentuan Prioritas Produk Unggulan UKM Pada Dinas Perindustrian Perdagangan Koperasi Dan UKM Provinsi Kalimantan Timur Berbasis Web Dengan Metode MOORA dirancang dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan MySQL sebagai databasenya. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan ini dapat memudahkan proses untuk mengetahui produk unggulan UKM sehingga dapat memberikan reomendasi dan informasi kepada pemimpin disperindagkop dan kepada masyarakat tetnang produk UKM yang menjadi unggulan ========================================================= Decision Support System is a system that can provide data management functions based on a certain model so that users of the system can choose the best alternative decisions. Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) are types of businesses or businesses that are run on a small and medium scale and are not subsidiaries or branches of any kind. Superior products describe the ability of an area to produce products, create value, make real use of resources, provide employment opportunities, generate income for the community and the government, have prospects for increasing productivity and investment. And in determining a superior product is not easy because of the many criteria that must be considered, therefore a system is needed, namely a Decision Support System for Determining the Priority of Excellent Products for SMEs at the Department of Industry, Trade, Cooperatives and SMEs of East Kalimantan Province, Web-Based with the MOORA Method. This research was conducted at the Department of Industry, Trade, Cooperatives and SMEs, East Kalimantan Province. The data collection method used is interviews that ask questions related to the process of determining the priority of SMEs' superior products. By means of observation, namely conducting direct observations at the Department of Industry, Trade, Cooperatives and SMEs, East Kalimantan Province, then developing the system used, namely the Decision Support System and using Flowcharts, Sitemaps and Database Design as a tool for developing the system used in the system. Decision Support System for Determining the Priority of Leading Products for SMEs at the Department of Industry, Trade, Cooperatives and SMEs, East Kalimantan Province, Web-Based with the MOORA Method is designed using the PHP programming language and MySQL as the database. This Decision Support System can facilitate the process of finding out the superior products of SMEs so that they can provide recommendations and information to the leaders of the Industry and Industry and Cooperatives and to the public about the superior SME products.
