Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan untuk dapat membuat sebuah Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Pemberian Bantuan Bagi Pelaku Usaha Mikro (BPUM) Pada Dinas Perindustrian Perdagangan Koperasi Dan UKM Provinsi Kalimantan Timur Menggunakan Metode MOORA Berbasis Web yang nantinya jika penelitian ini berhasil bisa membantu dalam Dinas Perindustrian Perdagangan Koperasi Dan UKM Provinsi Kalimantan Timur melakukan proses penentuan Pemberian Bantuan Bagi Pelaku Usaha Mikro (BPUM). Penelitian ini dilakukan di Dinas Perindustrian Perdagangan Koperasi Dan UKM Provinsi Kalimantan Timur. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu dengan wawancara yang mengajukan pertanyaan–pertanyaan yang berkaitan dengan proses penentuan penerimaan bantuan. Dengan cara observasi, yaitu mengadakan pengamatan secara langsung di Dinas Perindustrian Perdagangan Koperasi Dan UKM Provinsi Kalimantan Timur. Dalam penelitian Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Keputusan Pemberian Bantuan Bagi Pelaku Usaha Mikro (BPUM) Pada Dinas Perindustrian Perdagangan Koperasi Dan UKM Provinsi Kalimantan Timur Menggunakan Metode MOORA Berbasis Web ini di buat dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, MySQL sebagai databasenya, menggunakan metode MOORA (Multi- Objective Optimization on basis of Ratio Analysis) , metode pengujian whitebox dan Pengujian Beta menghasilkan perangkingan yang layak menerima bantuan dan tidak layak menerima bantuan. ========================================================= Yustina Meilia, 2021, Decision Support System for Providing Assistance for Micro Business Actors (BPUM) at the East Kalimantan Provincial Cooperative and SME Industry Service Using the Web-Based MOORA Method, Thesis Department of Information Systems, College of Informatics and Computer Management Widya Cipta Dharma, Advisor (I), Dr. Heny Pratiwi, S.Kom, M.Pd, M.TI, Advisor (II) Pitrascaha Adytia, S.T., M.T. Keywords : BPUM,MOORA The research was conducted to be able to create a Decision Support System for Providing Assistance for Micro Business Actors (BPUM) at the East Kalimantan Provincial Cooperatives and SME Industry Trade Service Using the Web-based MOORA Method which later if this research is sucessful it can help in the Kalimantan Provinvial Cooperative and SME Trade Industry Service. Timur conducts the process of determining the Provision of Assistance for Micro Business Actors (BPUM). This research was conducted at the Department of Industry, Trade, Coopertives and UKM, East Kalimantan Province. The data collection methode used was interviews which asked questions related to the process of determining the acceptance of aid. By means of observation, namely conducting direct observations at the Office of Industry, Trade, Cooperatives and UKM, East Kalimantan Province. In a study of the Decision Support System for Providing Assistance for Micro Business Actors (BPUM) at the East Kalimantan Provincial Office of Trade, Cooperatives and SMEs Using the Web-based MOORA Method, it was created using the PHP programming language, MySQL as the database, using the MOORA (Multi-Objective Optimization on the basis Ratio Analysis), the whitebox testing method and Beta testing produce a rangking that deserves asstistance and is not worthy of receiving assistance.
