Abstract

Skripsi Jurusan Sistem Informasi, Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Informatika dan Komputer Widya Cipta Dharma, Pembimbing (I) Dr. Heny Pratiwi, S.Kom., M.Pd., M.TI, Pembimbing (II) Ita Arfyanti, S.Kom., M.M Kata Kunci: DeLone & McLean, Kesuksesan, Zoom, Daring. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh faktor kesuksesan aplikasi Zoom sebagai media pembelajaran daring dimasa pandemi covid-19 berdasarkan tingkat kepuasan penggunanya (guru & siswa). Data penelitian ini diperoleh dari kuisioner yang disebarkan secara online kepada guru & siswa SMAN 16 Samarinda. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model kesuksesan sistem informasi DeLone & McLean dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak pendukung yang digunakan adalah SPSS 25. Uji asumsi klasik yang digunakan adalah uji normalitas dan uji hipotesis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. hasil penelitian ini berupa suatu hasil perhitungan statistik dari hubungan antar variabel yang mempengaruhi kesuksesan aplikasi Zoom sebagai media pembelajaran daring. ========================================================= Jessica Ayuningtyas Megawati, 2021, Analysis of The Success of Zoom Application as An Online Learning Media at SMAN 16 Samarinda by Applying DeLone and McLean Methods. This study aims to analyze the success of Zoom application as an online learning medium during the covid-19 pandemic based on the level of user satisfaction (teacher & student). This research data was obtained from questionnaires distributed online to teachers & students of SMAN 16 Samarinda. In this study using the success model of DeLone & McLean information system using supporting software used is SPSS 25. The classic assumption test used is a normality test and the hypothesis test used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study are the result of statistical calculations of the relationship between variables that affect the success of the Zoom application as an online learning media.
