Tommy Bustomi, S.Kom., M.Kom dan Pembimbing II : Ita Arfyanti, S.Kom., MMSI Kata Kunci : Sistem, Informasi, Pengolahan Data PKL, PHP, MySQL Praktek kerja lapangan ( PKL ) adalah merupakan sesuatu proyek kecil yang harus dikerjakan oleh mahasiswa atau siswa secara mandiri dengan petunjuk pembimbing. Semua sekolah berbasis kejuruan pasti mengirim mahasiswa atau siswa untuk melaksanakan PKL sebagai pembelajaran kepada siswa dan mahasiswa. Kegiatan Praktik Kerja Lapangan (PKL) merupakan bagian dari mata kuliah yang harus ditempuh sebagai salah satu persyaratan kelulusan. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menghasilkan sebuah Sistem Informasi Pengolahan Data Mahasiswa dan Siswa Praktek Kerja Lapangan (PKL) Pada DPRD Kota Samarinda Berbasis Web untuk memudahkan Mahasiswa dan siswa untuk mendaftar atau registasi menjadi Praktek Kerja Lapangan (PKL) dengan memberikan informasi kepada Mahasiswa / Siswa dan masyarakat dalam hal pelayanan informasi Praktek Kerja Lapangan (PKL). Dalam metode analisa dan desain sistem, alat bantu pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah Flow Of Document (FOD) Yang sedang berjalan, Flow Of Document (FOD) Yang diusulkan, Context Diagram (CD), Data Flow Diagram (DFD) Level 0, Data Flow Diagram (DFD) Level 1, sitemap dan Relational Database. Untuk membangun sistem ini, bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan adalah, dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP serta database MySQL. Dengan adanya Sistem ini diharapkan dapat membantu melakukan proses pengolahan data mahasiswa dan siswa praktek kerja lapangan (PKL), mulai proses pengajuan atau pendaftaran praktek kerja lapangan, pengelolaan nilai, pengelolaan dokumen dan membuat laporan. =========================================================== Ferry Padlie, 2020. Field Work Practices (PKL) are part of the courses that must be taken as one of the graduation requirements. In this research, it was carried out with the aim of producing a Web-based Student and Student Internship Data Processing Information System at the Samarinda City DPRD to make it easier for students and students to register or register to become Field Work Practices (PKL) by providing information to students / Students and the community in terms of information services on Job Training (PKL). To build this system, the programming language used is the PHP programming language and the MySQL database.
