Abstract

Elsa Giswantiny, 2021, Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Kesiapan Sekolah Dalam Melakukan Pembelajaran Tatap Muka Jenjang SMA Dan Sederajat di Kota Samarinda Dengan Metode SMARTER Berbasis Web. STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma, Pembimbing Utama, Ita Arfyanti, S.Kom., M.M, Pembimbing Pendamping, Salmon, S.Kom., M.Kom. Kata Kunci : Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Pembelajaran Tatap Muka, Metode SMARTER. Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Provinsi Kalimantan Timur bersiap dalam melakukan pembelajaran tatap muka pada tahun 2021 sesuai dengan SKB 4 Menteri Nomor 03/KB/2020, Nomor 612 Tahun 2020, Nomor HK.01.08/Menkes/502/2020 dan Nomor 119/4536/SJ yang telah menerbitkan keputusan terkait pembelajaran tatap muka termasuk dengan panduanya serta kualifikasi yang harus dilakukan oleh sekolah sebelum dinyatakan siap dalam melakukan pembelajaran tatap muka, hal ini tentunya membutuhkan sistem pendukung keputusan untuk dapat membantu Dinas Pendidikan dalam menyeleksi sekolah-sekolah menengah atas di Kota Samarinda yang dinyatakan siap sesuai dengan kualifikasi Kemendikbud. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi dan metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode dari sistem pendukung keputusan, yaitu tahap intelligence, design, choice, dan implementation. Karena metode ini mempunyai tahapan-tahapan yang jelas nyata dan praktis. Kemudian pengujian sistem yaitu Black Box dan Beta Testing. Dengan adanya Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Kesiapan Sekolah Dalam Melakukan Pembelajaran Tatap Muka Jenjang SMA di Kota Samarinda Dengan Metode SMARTER Berbasis Web serta menghasilkan informasi yang relatif cepat, tepat dan dapat dilakukan tanpa terkendala waktu. Dengan adanya sistem informasi ini dapat mengatasi permasalahan-permasalahan yang terjadi selama ini dalam hal proses seleksi sekolah. ========================================================= Elsa Giswantiny, 2021, School Readiness Decision Support System in Conducting Face-to-face Learning at the High School Level and its Equivalent in Samarinda City Using the Web-Based SMARTER Method. Keywords: Decision Support System, Face To Face Learning, SMARTER method The Education and Culture Office of East Kalimantan Province is preparing to conduct face-to-face learning in 2021 in accordance with the Decree of 4 Ministers Number 03/KB/2020, Number 612 of 2020, Number HK.01.08/Menkes/502/2020 and Number 119/4536/SJ which has issued decisions related to face-to-face learning including the guidelines and qualifications that must be carried out by schools before being declared ready for face-to-face learning, this of course requires a decision support system to be able to assist the Education Office in selecting senior high schools in Samarinda City which declared ready in accordance with the qualifications of the Ministry of Education and Culture. The method of data collection are uses observation methods and system development methods using methods from decision support systems, that is the stage of intelligence, design, choice, and implementation. Because this method has stages that are clearly real and practical. Then testing the system is Black Box and Beta Testing, so that the system is obtained in accordance with the wishes of the coaches. With the School Readiness Decision Support System in Conducting Face-to-face Learning at the High School Level and its Equivalent in Samarinda City Using the Web-Based SMARTER Method and produces information that is relatively fast, precise and can be done without time constraints. With this information system, it can overcome the problems that have occurred so far in the school selection process.
