Abstract
Facebook merupakan layanan jejaring sosial yang banyak diminati pengguna internet sebagai media komunikasi dan mendapatkan informasi. Informasi yang terdapat pada Facebook berupa pertanyaan, opini atau komentar, baik yang bersifat positif maupun negatif. Analisis sentimen merupakan salah satu cabang penelitian dari Text Mining yang melakukan proses klasifikasi pada dokumen teks. Metode yang digunakan adalah Naive Bayes. Data yang digunakan berupa respons pengguna media sosial Facebook terhadap tayangan televisi sejumlah 600. Hasil analisis menggunakan metode Naive Bayes menghasilkan akurasi tertinggi 66.67% pada tingkat rasio 1:9, sedangkan akurasi terendahnya adalah 49.26% pada tingkat rasio 9:1. ========================================================= Facebook is a social networking service that is much in demand by internet users as a medium of communication and obtaining information. The information contained on Facebook is in the form of questions, opinions or comments, both positive and negative. Sentiment analysis is a research branch of Text Mining which performs the classification process on text documents. The method used is Naive Bayes. The data used is in the form of responses from Facebook social media users to 600 television shows.The results of the analysis using the Naive Bayes method produce the highest accuracy of 66.67% at the 1:9 ratio level, while the lowest accuracy is 49.26% at the 9:1 ratio level.
