Kata Kunci : Audit, Around The Computer. Biro Umum Kantor Gubernur Kota Samarinda merupakan salah satu Biro Perangkat Daerah dan memiliki tugas pokok dan fungsi dalam meningkatkan kegiatan administrasi perkantoran di lingkungan Setprov Kaltim. E-Setda Surat Biro adalah sebuah platform pelayanan informasi surat masuk dan keluar berbasis teknologi informasi yang terintegrasi dengan database yang bertujuan untuk mewujudkan kemajuan tata kelola pemerintahan dalam bidang Tekonologi Informasi yang baik. Audit Around The Computer adalah pendekatan kotak hitam, auditor menganalisis diagram alur, menguji aplikasi lalu diproses dengan hasil keluar yang sebenarnya lalu dianalisis untuk memverifikasi kesesuaian aplikasi dengan spesifikasinya dan hasil keluarnya. Penelitian dilakukan untuk menerapkan proses audit pada organisasi supaya mencapai suatu sistem informasi yang dapat bekerja dengan baik dan menjawab semua kebutuhan pemakai serta hasil yang sesuai dengan prosedur.dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Audit Around The Computer , Boundary Value Analysis sebagai pengujian Blackbox-Testing, dan melakukan Uji Validitas dan Reliabilitas sebagai pengujian Kuesioner. Adapun hasil akhir dari Penelitian ini yakni berupa pemeriksan dan rekomendasi dengan sesuai acuan peraturan Gubernur Nomor 40 Tahun 2010 dan Nomor 44 Tahun 2009. ======================================================= Ayu Tania Ramadani, 2021, Information System Audit E – Setda at the General Bureau of the Governor's Office of East Kalimantan Province using Around The Computer. General Bureau of The Governor's Office of Samarinda City is one of the Regional Device Bureau and has the main task and function in improving office administration activities in the Setprov Kaltim neighborhood. E-Setda Surat Biro is an information service platform based on information technology that is integrated with a database that aims to realize the advancement of governance in the field of good Information Technology. Audit Around The Computer is a black box approach, auditors analyze flowcharts, test applications and then process them with actual exit results and then analyze them to verify the application's suitability to its specifications and exit results. Research was conducted to apply the audit process to the organization in order to achieve an information system that can work properly and answer all user needs and results in accordance with the procedures.in this study using the audit method Around The Computer, Boundary Value Analysis as a blackbox-testing test, and conduct validity and reliability test as questionnaire testing. The final result of this research is in the form of examinations and recommendations in accordance with the reference of Governor Regulation No. 40 of 2010 and Number 44 of 2009.
