Abstract
Penelitian dilakukan untuk membuat Aplikasi Reservasi Hall Dan Room Pada Celcius Pub Lounge & KTV Berbasis Android.Dengan Bertujuan Untuk Memudahkan Pelanggan Melakukan Pemesanan Hall Dan Room. Pelanggan Juga dapat mengetahui Meja Dan Room Mana Saja Yang Kosong. Aplikasi Ini Juga Dapat Memudahkan Admin Untuk Mengelola Data Pemesanan Meja Dan Room. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Celcius Pub Lounge & KTV Kota Samarinda. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu dengan wawancara mengajukan pertanyaan-pertanyaan berkaitan dengan proses Reservasi Meja Dan Room Pada Celcius. Dengan cara observasi, yaitu mengadakan pengamatan secara langsung di Celcius Pub Lounge & KTV. Dalam penelitian ini metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan yaitu Waterfall. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini berupa Aplikasi Reservasi Meja Dan Room Pada Celcius Pub Lounge & KTV berbasis Android dengan output Reservasi Meja Dan Room Untuk Memudahkan Pelanggan Melakukan Pemesanan. ========================================================= The research was conducted to create a Hall and Room Reservation Application at Celsius Pub Lounge & KTV Based on Android. With the aim of making it easier for customers to make reservations for halls and rooms. Customers can also find out which tables and rooms are empty. This application can also make it easier for admins to manage table and room reservation data. This research was conducted at Celsius Pub Lounge & KTV Samarinda City. The data collection method used is by asking questions related to the table and room reservation process in Celsius. By means of observation, namely direct observation at the Celsius Pub Lounge & KTV. In this research, the system development method used is Waterfall. The results of this study are in the form of a table and room reservation application at the Celsius Pub Lounge & KTV based on Android with the output of table and room reservations to make it easier for customers to make reservations.
