Abstract
Penelitian dilakukan untuk dapat membuat sebuah Sistem Pakar Identifikasi Pecandu Narkoba Menggunakan Metode Dempster Shafer Berbasis Web agar dapat membantu memberikan hasil dan solusi penanganannya tanpa harus datang ke tempat praktik pakar. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Klinik Pratama Badan Narkotika Nasional Provinsi Kalimantan Timur yang berlokasi di Jl. Rapak Indah Km. 1, Loa Bakung, Kec. Sungai Kunjang, Kota Samarinda, Kalimantan Timur 75243. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara dengan mengajukan pertanyaan-pertanyaan yang berkaitan dengan bagaimana menjabarkan semua gejala dari narkoba yang mengganggu pecandu narkoba. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Dempster Shafer dengan perangkat lunak pendukung yang digunakan adalah PhpMyadmin. Adapun hasil akhir dari penelitian ini yakni berupa Sistem Pakar Identifikasi Pecandu Narkoba Menggunakan Metode Dempster Shafer Berbasis Web dapat membantu pecandu narkoba untuk mengetahui narkoba yang dialaminya, serta memberikan solusinya. ============================================================ The research was conducted to be able to create an Expert System for the Identification of Drug Addicts Using the Web-Based Dempster Shafer Method in order to help provide results and solutions for handling without having to come to an expert practice place. This research was conducted at the Primary Clinic of the National Narcotics Agency of East Borneo Province, which is located on Rapak Indah street. Loa Bakung village. Sungai Kunjang district, Samarinda City, East Borneo 75243. The data collection method used is interviews by asking questions related to how to describe all the symptoms of drugs that bother drug addicts. In this study using the Dempster Shafer method with the supporting software used is PhpMyadmin. The final result of this research is in the form of an expert system for the identification of drug addicts using the Web-based Dempster Shafer method which can help drug addicts identify the drugs that are bothering them and provide a solutions.
