Abstract

Muhammad Afif Fanani, 2021, Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Penentuan Penerima Bantuan Subsidi Tabung Gas LPG 3 kg Dengan Metode PROMETHEE. Skripsi Program Studi Teknik Informatika, Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Informatika dan Komputer Widya Cipta Dharma, Pembimbing (I) Drs. Azahari, M. Kom, Pembimbing (II) Kusno Harianto, S.Kom., M. Kom. Kata Kunci: Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Penerima Bantuan, PROMETHEE. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk dapat membuat sebuah Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Penentuan Penerima Bantuan Subsidi Tabung Gas LPG 3 kg menggunakan metode PROMETHEE (Preference Ranking Organization Method for Enrichment Evaluation). Dengan output berupa hasil rekomendasi masyarakat yang berhak menerima bantuan subsidi tabung gas LPG 3 kg. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Sekretariat Daerah Bagian Bina Perekonomian, metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu dengan wawancara yang mengajukan pertanyaan-pertanyaan yang berkaitan dengan penentuan penerimaan bantuan subsidi tabung gas LPG yang ada ditempat tersebut. Dengan cara observasi, yaitu mengadakan pengamatan secara langsung di di lapangan untuk mendapatkan informasi dalam penelitian. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat empat tahap metode pengembangan SPK yang harus diselesaikan, yaitu intelligence, design, choice dan implementation. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini berupa sebuah website dengan output berupa hasil rekomendasi masyarakat yang berhak menerima bantuan subsidi tabung gas LPG 3 kg. Adapun manfaat dari penelitian ini yaitu agar dapat mengatasi masalah dalam menentukan masyarakat yang berhak menerima bantuan subsidi tabung gas LPG 3 kg. ===================================================== Muhammad Afif Fanani, 2021, Decision Support System for Determining Recipients of 3 kg LPG Gas Cylinder Subsidy Using the PROMETHEE Method. Keywords: Decision Support System, Beneficiary, PROMETHEE This research was conducted to be able to create a Decision Support System for Determining the Beneficiary of the 3 kg LPG Gas Cylinder Subsidy using the PROMETHEE (Preference Ranking Organization Method for Enrichment Evaluation) method. With the output in the form of recommendations from people who are entitled to receive subsidized LPG 3 kg gas cylinders. This research was conducted at the Regional Secretariat of the Economic Development Section, the data collection method used was by interview asking questions related to determining the acceptance of LPG gas cylinder subsidies in that place. By means of observation, namely conducting direct observations in the field to obtain information in research. In this study there are four stages of DSS development method that must be completed, namely intelligence, design, choice and implementation. The results of this study are in the form of a website with output in the form of recommendations from people who are entitled to receive subsidized LPG 3 kg gas cylinders. The benefits of this research are to be able to overcome the problem of determining the people who are entitled to receive subsidized 3 kg LPG gas cylinders.
