Abstract

Karena Semakin Banyaknya Coffee Shop dan diikuti dengan kebutuhan Pemilik Coffee Shop untuk mencari Barista baru dalam outlet yang dibangun maka dibuat sebuah aplikasi untuk mempermudah Coffee Shop dalam merekrut calon Barista agar lebih efektif dan efisien yang berbasis Web tentang penerimaan Barista. Maka dibutuhkan suatu perangkat lunak yang bisa menentukan Pemilik Coffee Shop untuk memilih Barista yang diharapkan, yaitu dengan membuat perangkat lunak berupa website yang dapat menentukan pemilik Coffee Shop dalam memilih Barista sesuai dengan Kriteria pemilik Coffee Shop harapkan. Metode Sistem Pendukung Keputusan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode SMARTER (Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique Exploiting Rank). Adapun hasil akhir dari penelitian ini yakni berupa Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Penerimaan Barista Menggunakan Metode SMARTER Berbasis Web Pada Hachira Coffee dapat membantu untuk merekrut calon Barista yang lebih Efektif dan Efisien. ========================================================= Due to the increasing number of coffee shops and the need for coffee shop owners to look for new baristas in the outlets being built, an application was made to make it easier for coffee shops to recruit prospective baristas to be more effective and efficient based on Web regarding the acceptance of Barista. So a software is needed that can determine the Coffee Shop Owner to choose the expected Barista, namely by creating a software in the form of a website that can determine the Coffee Shop owner in choosing a Barista according to the criteria the Coffee Shop owner expects. The Decision Support System method used in this research is the SMARTER (Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique Exploiting Rank) method. The final result of this research is in the form of a Barista Reception Decision Support System Using the Web-Based SMARTER Method at Hachira Coffee which can help to recruit more Effective and Efficient Barista candidates.
