Abstract

Unit Kesehatan atau UNIKES pada PT Pelindo IV (Persero) Cabang Samarinda yang bergerak pada bidang kesehatan dalam kesehariannya instansi tersebut bertugas untuk mendata setiap Anak Buah Kapal yang akan melakukan berbagai pemeriksaan kesehatan salah satunya ialah pemeriksaan data kesehatan dalam menentukan layak atau tidak layaknya orang tersebut mendapatkan sertifikat kesehatan Anak Buah Kapal. Dalam mendata setiap Anak Buah Kapal para rekam medik masih secara manual yaitu melalui pengolahan data secara pembukuan, pemeriksaan setiap berkas hasil pemeriksaan kesehataan yang telah dilakukan dan merekap pendataan data Anak Buah kapal, data pembayaran, dan juga data sertifikat yang telah diambil melalui Microsoft excel. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk dapat memudahkan dan membantu pihak rekam medik dalam menentukan kelayakan Anak Buah Kapal (ABK) dalam menerima sertifikat kesehatan dan mendata setiap informasi rekam medis setiap ABK dan mempermudah rekam medik mencari rekam medis ABK. Sistem ini dibuat dengan menggunakan Framework Laravel dan bahasa pemogramaman PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor), Xampp sebagai local server, MySQL sebagai database server, dan Apache sebagai web server. Alat bantu pengembangan sistem menggunakan Flowchart dan Sitemap. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah berupa hasil penilaian metode MOORA yang memperlihatkan urutan peringkat kelayakan penerima sertifikat kesehatan masing-masing ABK dan setiap ABK yang layak mendapat sertifikat maupun tidak layak, melalui perhitungan dari rekam medis setiap ABK. ========================================================== The Health Unit or UNIKES at PT Pelindo IV (Persero) Samarinda Branch which is engaged in the health sector in their daily life, the agency is tasked with recording every crew member of the ship who will carry out various health checks, one of which is examining health data to determine whether the person is fit or not. health certificate for ship crew. In recording each crew member, the medical records are still manual, namely through bookkeeping data processing, checking every file of the results of health checks that have been carried out and recapitulating data on ship crew data, payment data, and also certificate data that have been retrieved via Microsoft Excel. The purpose of this research is to facilitate and assist medical records in determining the eligibility of ship crew (ABK) in receiving health certificates and recording every medical record information for each crew member and simplifying medical records to find medical records for ABK. This system is built using the Laravel Framework and the programming language PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor), Xampp as the local server, MySQL as the database server, and Apache as the web server. System development tools using a flowchart and sitemap. The results of this study are the results of the MOORA method assessment which shows the ranking order of the eligibility of the health certificate recipients of each ABK and each ABK who deserves a certificate or is not eligible, through calculations from the medical records of each ABK.
