Abstract

Kata kunci : Sistem, Informasi, Akademik , Siswa, guru dan LAN Sistem Informasi Akademik Pada SMK Purnama 1 Sendawar Barong Tongkok Berbasis Local Area Network (LAN) merupaka suatu sistem yang memberikan informasi akademik siswa berbasis LAN, sehingga membatu kecepatan kualitas dalam pencapaian informasi. Selain itu dengan berbasis LAN maka informasi data dapat diakses oleh beberapa user. Pada sistem ini, menu hanya dapat diakses oleh user tertentu yaitu, Admin, Guru dan siswa. Penelitian dilakukan di SMK Purnama 1 Sendawar, Metode Pengumpulan yang di lakukan wawancara, pengamatan langsung, dan studi pustaka atau literatu. Metode pengembangan sistem yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah black boxl metode pengujian yang dipakai adalah metode pengujian beta testing. Data dan informasi serta dokumen yang di simpan dalam server memudahkan dan mempercepat penyimpanan selain itu juga berfungsi sebagai dokumentasi cadangan/ backup dari dokumen fisik/hardcopy dalam bentuk digital. Selain pemahaman tentang akademik siswa, tanggapan dan masukan dari calon pengguna sangat membantu dalam pengembangan sistem ini. In addition, with LAN-based data information can be accessed by several users. In this system, the menu can only be accessed by certain users, namely, Admin, Teachers and students. The research was conducted at SMK Purnama 1 Sendawar, the collection methods were carried out by interviews, direct observation, and literature study or literature. The system development method used in this research is black boxl. The testing method used is the beta testing method. Data and information as well as documents stored on the server simplify and speed up storage besides that they also function as backup documentation of physical / hardcopy documents in digital form. In addition to understanding students' academics, feedback and input from potential users is very helpful in developing this system. It is necessary with the needs of students and teachers, so that this academic information system can function optimally.
