Abstract

ABSTRAK Hamdani Mulahela 2021, Analisis tingkat pengetahuan masyarakat kota samarinda terhadap layanan telepon daruat 112, skripsi jurusan Sistem Informasi Sekolah Tinggi Managemen Informatika dan Komputer Widya Cipta Dharma, Pembimbing (I) Siti Qomariah, S.Kom., M.Kom, Pembimbing (II) Andi Yusika Rangan, S.Kom., M.Kom. Kata kunci: Analisis Tingkat Pengetahuan Penelitian dilakukan untuk dapat mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan masyarakat Samarinda terhadap layanan telepon darurat 112 yang nantinya jika penelitian ini berhasil bisa membantu Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kota Saamrinda dalam meningkatkan sosialisasi dan pelyanan keadaan darurat melalui layanan telepon darurat 112. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kota Samarinda. Metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan yaitu dengan membagikan kuisioner online dengan pertanyaan-pertanyaan yang berkaitan dengan layanan telepon darurat 112. Dalam penelitian ini metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriftif, dengan perangkat lunak pendukung yang digunakan adalah IBM SPSS Statistic 2020. Adapun hasil akhir dari penelitian ini yakni berupa hasil tingkat pengetahuan masyarakat Kota Samarinda terhadap layanan telepon darurat 112 berdasarkan usia, pekerjaan, jenis kelamin dan wilayah tempat tinggal. Hasil ini dapat dijadikan sebagai refrensi bagi Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika dalam mensosialisaikan adanya telepon darurat 112 agar lebih efektif dan efisien. ========================================================= Abstrack Hamdani Mulahela 2021, Analysis of the level of knowledge of the people of the city of Samarinda on the 112 emergency call service, thesis of the Information Systems Department of the College of Informatics and Computer Management Widya Cipta Dharma, Advisor (I) Siti Qomariah, S.Kom., M.Kom, Advisor (II) Andi Yusika Rangan, S.Kom., M.Kom. Keywords: Knowledge Level Analysis The research was conducted to find out the level of knowledge of the Samarinda community regarding emergency call services 112 which later if this research is successful it can help the Saamrinda City Communication and Information Office in improving the socialization and service of emergencies through emergency call services 112. This research was conducted at the Communication and Informatics Office of Samarinda City. The data collection method used is by distributing online questionnaires with questions related to the emergency call service 112. In this study, the research method used is descriptive analysis, with the supporting software used is IBM SPSS Statistics 2020. The final results of this research are the results of the level of knowledge of the people of Samarinda City regarding the 112 emergency call service based on age, occupation, gender and area of residence. This result can be used as a reference for the Office of Communication and Information Technology in disseminating the emergency call 112 to make it more effective and efficient.
