Abstract

Analisis Kesuksesan Sistem Informasi adalah suatu proses secara terstruktur terhadap objek, dengan alat bantu tertentu, dengan tujuan mengetahui apakah sistem informasi terbilang sukses atau tidak dalam penerapan nya dan mendapatkan hasil yang diinginkan dari objek penelitian. Dalam penelitian ini metode pengumpulan data yang akan digunakan berupa kuisioner, wawancara, dan studi pustaka yang merupakan landasan teori yang akan digunakan. Model yang akan digunakan adalah delone dan mclean dengan SMP Negeri 16 Loa Bakung sebagai studi kasusnya. Dengan adanya penelitian menggunakan model delone dan mclean ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kesuksesan sistem informasi PPBD Online kepada sudut pandang pengguna, dimana para pengguna nya adalah calon siswa dan panitia PPDB dan apakah sistem informasi PPBD Online sangat berguna atau tidak. Dari 20 pernyataan ada pernyataan dari kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, kualitas pelayanan, dan kepuasan pengguna. ========================================== Information Systems Success Analysis is a structured process of objects, with certain tools, with the aim of knowing whether the information system is successful or not in its application and getting the desired results from the object of research. In this research, data collection methods will be used in the form of questionnaires, interviews, and literature study which are the theoretical basis that will be used. The models to be used are Delone and Mclean with SMP Negeri 16 Loa Bakung as a case study. With this research using delone and mclean models, it aims to find out how the success of the PPBD Online information system from the user's point of view, where the users are prospective students and PPDB committees and whether the PPBD Online information system is very useful or not. Of the 20 statements there are statements of system quality, information quality, service quality, and user satisfaction.
