Abstract

Dody Sulissetiyo, 2021, Sistem Informasi Perjalanan Dinas pada Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Provinsi Kalimantan Timur Berbasis Website, STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma Samarinda, Pembimbing Utama, Amelia Yusnita, S.Kom., M.Kom, Pembimbing Pendamping, Hj. Ekawati Yulsilviana, SP., MM. Kata Kunci : Perjalanan Dinas, Kota Samarinda, Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Provinsi Kalimantan Timur, Website. Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk membangun Sistem Informasi Perjalanan Dinas pada Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Provinsi Kalimantan Timur Berbasis Website, STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma Samarinda. Sistem informasi ini dikembangkan dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak Sublime Text 3, API (Application Programming Interface), Google Map, Leaflet, XAMPP yang merupakan gabungan dari apache Web Server, PHP, dan MySQL, dan browser Google Chrome. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi dan metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan waterfall Karena metode ini mempunyai tahapan – tahapan yang jelas nyata dan praktis. Kemudian pengujian sistem yaitu Black Box dan Beta Testing, sehingga sistem yang didapat sesuai dengan keinginan para calon pengguna. Pada penelitian ini menghasilkan Sistem Informasi Perjalanan Dinas dengan tujuan aplikasi ini adalah mempermudah pekerjaan menjadi relatif cepat, tepat dan dapat dilakukan tanpa terkendala waktu. Diharapkan dengan adanya sistem informasi ini dapat mengatasi permasalahan-permasalahan yang terjadi selama ini dalam hal proses perjalanan dinas. ========================================================= Dody Sulissetiyo, 2021, Business trip Information System at the Office of Education and Culture of East Kalimantan Province Based on a Website, STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma Samarinda, Principal Advisior, Amelia Yusnita, S.Kom., M.Kom, Counselor Advisor, Hj. Ekawati Yulsilviana, SP., MM. Keywords: Business trip, Kota Samarinda, Culture Education Office and East Kalimantan Province, Website. This thesis aims to build an Business trip Information System at the Office of Education and Culture of East Kalimantan Province Based on a Website. This information system was developed using Sublime Text 3, API (Application Programming Interface), Google Map, Leaflet, XAMPP software which is a combination of Apache Web Server, PHP, and MySQL, and the Google Chrome browser. The method of data collection uses the observation method and system development methods using the waterfall. Because this method has stages that are clearly real and practical. Then testing the system is Black Box and Beta Testing, so that the system is obtained in accordance with the wishes of prospective users. In this research, it produces an Information System for Official Travel with the aim of this application is to make work easier to be relatively fast, precise and can be done without time constraints. It is hoped that this information system can solve the problems that have occurred so far in the process of official travel.
