Abstract

Sarpini (2021), Sistem Pakar Untuk Mendiagnosis Penyakit Vertigo Dengan Menggunakan Metode Penelusuran Forward Chaining Berbasis Web. Skripsi Program Studi Sistem Informasi, Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Informatika dan Komputer (STMIK) Widya Cipta Dharma Samarinda, Pembimbing Utama Ita Arfyanti, S.Kom.,MM.SI, Pembimbing Pendamping Siti Lailiyah, S.Kom., M. Kom. Kata Kunci : Sistem Pakar, Diagnosis, Penyakit, Vertigo, Forward Chaining. Kesehatan merupakan hal yang sangat penting dalam kehidupan. Namun terkadang kesadaran akan pola hidup yang sehat dan pola makan yang teratur masih terabaikan. Banyak penyakit dan gejala-gejala yang timbul akibat pola hidup dan pola makan yang tidak teratur, salah satunya adalah vertigo. Seiring perkembangan teknologi yang sangat pesat dalam bidang kedokteran saat ini telah memanfaatkan teknologi untuk membantu peningkatan pelayanan yang lebih baik kepada masyarakat, pekerjaan yang sangat sibuk dari seorang dokter mengakibatkan bidang system pakar mulai dimanfaatkan untuk membantu seorang pakar atau ahli dalam mendiagnosa penyakit vertigo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Forward Chaining dan metode pengembangannya menggunakan metode Expert System Development Life Cycle (ESDLC). Dan penyakit yang di telusuri adalah penyakit Vertigo dengan 8 penyakit, dan 21 gejala penyakit vertigo. Adapun hasil akhir dari penelitian ini yakni berupa Sistem Pakar Untuk Mendiagnosis Penyakit Vertigo Dengan Menggunakan Metode Penelusuran Forward Chaining Berbasis Web dapat membantu pasien untuk semua gejala dari penyakit Vertigo, serta memberikan solusinya. dan hasil akhir dari kita konsultasi kita bisa tau gejala-gejala yang kita sarasakan kita jadi tau dan menemukan nama penyakitnya. ============================================================================= Sarpini (2021), Expert System for Diagnosing Vertigo Using Web-Based Forward Chaining Tracking Methods. But sometimes the awareness of a healthy lifestyle and regular eating patterns is still neglected. Many diseases and symptoms arise due to irregular life patterns and eating patterns, one of which is vertigo. Along with the very rapid development of technology in the field of medicine, nowadays it has utilized technology to help improve better services to the community, the very busy work of a doctor has resulted in the field of expert systems being used to help an expert or expert in diagnosing vertigo. This study uses the Forward Chaining method and its development method uses the Expert System Development Life Cycle (ESDLC) method. And the diseases that are being investigated are Vertigo disease with 8 diseases, and 21 symptoms of vertigo. The final result of this research is in the form of an Expert System for Diagnosing Vertigo by Using a Web-Based Forward Chaining Tracking Method which can help patients for all the symptoms of vertigo, as well as provide a solution. and the end result of our consultation, we can know the symptoms that we feel, so we know and find the name of the disease.
