Kata Kunci : Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Jasa Pelayanan Kedoktran Nuklir Penelitian dilakukan untuk dapat membuat sebuah Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Penentuan Penerimaan Jasa Pelayanan Karyawan Dengan Metode SMARTER Pada Instalasi Kedokteran Nuklir RSUD Abdul Wahab Syahranie Samarinda Berbasis Web ditunjukkan sebagai salah satu laporan jumlah penentuan penerimaan jasa pelayanan yang diberikan kepada karyawan di Instalasi Kedokteran Nuklir menurut kriteria – kriteria yang ada. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Instalasi Kedokteran Nuklir Samarinda. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu dengan wawancara dengan mengajukan pertanyaan – pertanyaan yang berkaitan dengan bagaimana mengambil keputusan dalam penentuan penerimaan jasa pelayanan karyawan di Instalasi Kedokteran Nuklir Samarinda. Adapun hasil akhir dari penelitian ini yakni berupa Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Penentuan Penerimaan Jasa Pelayanan Karyawan Dengan Metode SMARTER Pada Instalasi Kedokteran Nuklir RSUD Abdul Wahab Syahranie Samarinda Berbasis Web yang dapat menentukan berapa total jumlah jasa pelayanan yang harus oleh setiap karyawan yang bekerja pada Instalasi Kedokteran Nuklir RSUD Abdul Wahab Syahranie Samarinda ============================================================ Arie Achmad Caesar Adriansyah (2019), Decision Support System for Determining the Acceptance of Employee Services Using the SMARTER Method in the Nuclear Medicine Installation at Abdul Wahab Syahranie Hospital Samarinda Based on Web.
