Abstract

A B S T R A C T La Ode Muhammad Yusri, 2021, Analysis of Business Process Maturity Measurement at CV Bintang Terang Jaya Using a Business Process Orientation Maturity Model (BPOMM). Information System Study Program, College of Information and Computer Management (STMIK) Widya Cipta Dharma Samarinda, Advisor (I) Pitrasacha Adytia, ST., MT, Advisor (II) Eka Arriyanti, S.Pd., M.Kom. Keywords: BPMN, BPOMM, UML, Business Process The research objective was to identify, analyze needs, and measure the running business processes to be more effective and efficient, especially the business processes at CV Bintang Terang Jaya. Methods of data collection by observing and distributing questionnaires, the software used for business process simulation is the Bizagi Modeler version 3.0.0.022 and Visual Paradigm The measurement of business processes uses the Business Process Orientation Maturity Model (BPOMM) which consists of 4 levels of maturity. The analysis was carried out on the business processes in the company CV Bintang Terang Jaya. The results of the analysis are contained in the calculations in the Business Process Orientation Maturity Model (BPOMM). It is hoped that after the measurement of business processes, the company CV Bintang Terang Jaya will be more optimal in carrying out its business process strategy.
