Abstract

Tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk membangun Sistem Informasi Pelayanan Publik Pada Kelurahan Jawa Berbasis Web. Dengan harapan dapat memberikan kemudahan bagi masyarakat yang ingin mengajukan surat permohonan secara online dan memberikan kemudahan bagi pegawai kelurahan untuk melakukan proses permohonan surat yang di ajukan oleh masyarakat. Sistem informasi ini dikembangkan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan framework Codeigniter dan Xampp. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, studi pustaka dan wawancara. Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan Web Engineering. Karena dalam hal konsep dasar metode ini menekankan pada aktifitas teknis. Pengujian sistem menggunakan Black Box dan Beta Testing. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah dibuatnya Sistem Informasi Pelayanan Publik Pada Kelurahan Jawa Berbasis Web Dengan Metode Web Engineering. Lurah dapat melihat aktivitas surat yang telah di proses oleh pegawai kelurahan. Admin atau pegawai kelurahan dapat memproses surat permohonan yang di ajukan oleh masyarakat. User atau masyarakat dapat melakukan permohonan surat secara online. ============================================================================= This final project aims to build a Web-based Public Service Information System in Kelurahan Jawa. With the hope that it can make it easier for people who want to submit application letters online and make it easy for village employees to process applications for letters submitted by the community. This information system was developed using the PHP programming language with Codeigniter and Xampp frameworks. Methods of data collection using the method of observation, literature study and interviews. System development method using Web Engineering. Because in terms of basic concepts this method emphasizes technical activities. System testing uses Black Box and Beta Testing. The result of this research is the creation of a Web-based Public Service Information System in Java Village with the Web Engineering Method. The village head can see the mail activity that has been processed by village employees. The admin or sub-district employees can process application letters submitted by the community. Users or the public can apply for letters online.
