Abstract

Sistem informasi penerimaan beasiswa di Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Kutai Barat sudah berjalan hanya untuk siswa SMA dan SMK pada penelitian ini akan di bangun sistem informasi penerimaan beasiswa untuk siswa SD dan SMP dikarenakan adanya persyaratan yang berbeda. Seleksi yang dilakukan ialah nilai rapot akhir, prestasi, rangking akhir dan tes seleksi. Dengan masalah yang dihadapi oleh Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Kutai Barat, maka dibutuhkan sebuah sistem terkomputerisasi yang dapat membantu untuk memperoleh suatu keputusan yang baik sesuai kebutuhan. Sistem pendukung keputusan dapat menjadi salah satu alternatif pemecahan masalah tersebut. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi dan metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode dari sistem pendukung keputusan, yaitu tahap intelligence, design, choice, dan implementation. Karena metode ini mempunyai tahapan-tahapan yang jelas nyata dan praktis. Kemudian pengujian sistem yaitu Black Box dan Beta Testing. Dengan adanya Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Penerimaan Beasiswa Dengan Metode SMART Pada Dinas Kutai Barat Berbasis Web, dapat menangani proses perhitungan pada saat tes telah dilaksanakan. Pada hasil testing dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil pengujian pertanyaan kuisioner kepada sepuluh (10) responden dapat ditarik kesimpulan lebih dari 78,2% responden menjawab bahwa Sistem Informasi Manajemen Penerimaan Beasiswa Dinas Kutai Barat memenuhi kriteria-kriteria situs website atau web aplikasi yang baik. ================================================================================================================== The scholarship admission information system at the West Kutai Regency Education and Culture Office has been running only for SMA and SMK students. In this study, an information system for scholarship admissions for elementary and junior high school students will be built due to different requirements. The selection is the final report card score, achievement, final ranking and the selection test. With the problems faced by the Education and Culture Office of West Kutai Regency, a computerized system is needed that can help to obtain a good decision as needed. Decision support systems can be an alternative solution to these problems. The method of data collection are uses observation methods and system development methods using methods from decision support systems, that is the stage of intelligence, design, choice, and implementation. Because this method has stages that are clearly real and practical. Then testing the system is White Box and Beta Testing, so that the system is obtained in accordance with the wishes of the coaches. With the existence of the Scholarship Acceptance Decision Support System with the SMART Method at the Web-Based West Kutai Service, it can handle the calculation process when the test has been implemented. In the testing results, it can be concluded that the results of testing the questionnaire questions to ten (10) respondents can be concluded that more than 78.2% of respondents answered that the Management Information System for Scholarship Acceptance of the Kutai Barat Office meets the criteria for a good website or web application.
