Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan untuk dapat membuat sebuah Sistem Pendukung Keputusan yang menggunakan Metode Simple Multi Attribut Rating Technique (SMART) berbasis web yang nantinya jika penelitian ini berhasil dapat membantu Dinas Pendidikan Kota Samarinda dalam melakukan proses Penilaian Tingkat Kelayakan Sekolah sebagai Pelaksana UNBK. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Dinas Pendidikan Kota Samarinda. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu dengan wawancara yang mengajukan pertanyaan – pertanyaan yang berkaitan dengan proses penilaian kelayakan sekolah sebagai calon pelaksana UNBK. Dengan cara observasi, yaitu mengadakan pengamatan secara langsung ke Dinas Pendidikan Kota Samarinda. Dalam penelitian ini metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah fase proses sistem pendukung keputusan, dengan perangkat lunak pendukung yang digunakan adalah Sublime 3.0, Framework CodeIgniter, XAMPP, dan database hosting. Adapun hasil akhir dari penelitian ini yakni berupa sistem pendukung keputusan berbasis web yang dapat membantu Dinas Pendidikan Kota Samarinda dalam melakukan proses penilaian tingkat kelayakan sekolah sebagai pelaksana UNBK, sistem pendukung keputusan penentuan kelayakan pelaksana UNBK berbasis web dapat melakukan proses penilaian tingkat kelayakan yang lebih efektif dan efisien. ============================================================================================= The research was conducted to be able to create a web-based Decision Support System Using the Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) Method which later, if this research is successful, it’s can assist the Samarinda City Education Office in carrying out the process of assessing the School Feasibility Level as the Implementer of UNBK This research was conducted at the Samarinda City Education Office. The data collection method used was by interviewing which asked questions related to the process of assessing the feasibility of schools as prospective UNBK implementers. With Observation way, which make observations directly to the Samarinda City Education Office. In this research, the development method used is the decision support system process phase, with the supporting software used is Sublime 3.0, CodeIgniter Framework, XAMPP and database hosting. The final result of this research is in the form of a web-based decision support system that can assist the Samarinda City Education Office in carrying out the process of assessing the feasibility of schools as UNBK implementers, the decision support system for determining the feasibility of web-based UNBK implementers can carry out more an effective and efficient feasibility level of assessment process
