Abstract
Anharullah, 2020, Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Pengangkatan Tenaga Kerja Kontrak Menjadi Karyawan Tetap Pada PDAM Tirta Tuah Benua Menggunakan Metode Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique Exploiting Rank (SMARTER) Berbasis Website. Kata Kunci : Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK), Pengangkatan, Karyawan, Unified Modelling Language, PDAM Tirta Tuah Benua, Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique Exploiting Rank (SMARTER). Pengangkatan tenaga kerja kontrak pada PDAM Tirta Tuah benua, harus menjalani kontrak terlebih dahulu dan di nilai sehingga bisa diputuskan untuk atau di angkat menjadi karyawan tetap pada PDAM Tirta Tuah Benua. Dalam penelitian ini metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka, studi lapangan, metode pengamatan lansung (Obeservasi) dan metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah fase intelegensi, fase desain, fase choice serta Unified Modelling Language (UML) untuk perancangan perangkat lunak dan melalui proses pengujian perangkat lunak terlebih dahulu. Software yang digunakan untuk membangun Sistem Pendukung Keputusan ini adalah Sistem Operasi Windows 10Pro64 bit, Sublime Text 3, Xampp 3.2.2, PHPMyAdmindanMozilla Firefox 40.1 Sistem pendukung keputusan untuk pengangkatan tenaga kerja kontrak menjadi karyawan tetap pada PDAM tirta tuah benua menggunakan metode Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique Exploiting Rank (SMARTER). merupakan metode pengambil keputusan multi kriteria. Teknik pengambilan keputusan multi kriteria ini didasarkan pada teori bahwa setiap alternatif terdiri dari sejumlah kriteria yang memiliki nilai-nilai dan setiap kriteria memiliki bobot yang menggambarkan seberapa penting ia dibanding dengan kriteria lain. Dengan adanya sistem Pendukung Keputusan ini, dapat menangani proses pengangkatan tenaga kerja kontrak menjadi karyawan tetap pada PDAM tirta tuah benua . Pada hasil testing juga dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil pengujian pertanyaan kuisioner kepada sepuluh (10) responden dapat ditarik kesimpulanbahwa lebih dari 84.2% responden menjawab bahwa websiteini sudah sesuai dan dapat diterima karena nilai persentasetersebut diatas 50%. ========================================================= Anharullah, 2021, Decision Support System for the Appointment of Contract Workers to Permanent Employees at PDAM TirtaTuahBenua Using the Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique Exploiting Rank (SMARTER) Method Based on a Website. The appointment of contract workers at PDAM TirtaTuah Continent must first undergo a contract and a value so that it can be decided to or be appointed as permanent employees at PDAM TirtaTuahBenua. In this research, the file learning method used is literature study, field study, observation method (Observation) and the system development method used is the intelligence phase, the design phase, the choice of phase and the Unified Modeling Language (UML) for software design and through the testing process. the software first. The software used to build this Decision Support System is the Windows 10 Pro 64-bit Operating System, Sublime Text 3, Xampp 3.2.2, PHPMyAdmin and Mozilla Firefox 40.1 The decision support system for contract workers to become permanent employees at the TirtaTuah continent PDAM uses the Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique Exploiting Rank (SMARTER) method. is a multi-criteria decision making method.This multi-criteria decision-making technique is based on the theory that each alternative is determined from the criteria that has values and each criterion has insignificant weight when compared to other criteria. With the existence of this Decision Support system, it can ensure the process of hiring contract workers to become permanent employees at PDAM Tirta Negara. The test results can also show that the results of testing the questionnaire questions to (10) respondents can be concluded that more than 84.2% of respondents answered that this website is appropriate and acceptable because the value is above 50%.
