Abstract

Toko sepeda “Jasa Kawan” merupakan toko sepeda di Kelurahan Bantuas, Kecamatan Palaran, Kota Samarinda. Setiap hari toko ini melayani pelanggan berupa penjualan sepeda, spare part-nya, dan service. Pembelian stok sepeda kepada supplier akan mempengaruhi harga dan kualitas sepeda sehingga sangat penting bagi pemilik toko untuk memutuskan dengan cepat dari supplier mana sepeda distok. Untuk membantu permasalahan yang diuraikan ini, maka penelitian ini ingin membuatkan Sistem Penunjang Keputusan dengam menerapkan metode Promethee.Metode yang digunakan dalam sistem penunjang keputusan ini yaitu metode Preference Ranking Organization Method for Enrichment Evaluation (Promethee). . Metode ini terdiri dari beberapa langkah, yaitu menentukan beberapa alternatif atau kriteria, preferensi, indeks preferensi multikriteria, nilai Leaving Flow, Entring Flow, dan Net Flow. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah perhitungan dan perankingan yang menampilkan nama supplier yang terpilih, nilai net flow, dan ranking masing-masing supplier. Hasil perhitungan dan perangkingan juga akan dicetak sebagai laporan hasil perhitungan dan perankingan. ========================================================= The bicycle shop "Jasa Kawan" is a bicycle shop in Bantuas Village, Palaran District, Samarinda City. Every day this shop serves customers in the form of bicycle sales, spare parts, and service. Purchasing bicycle stock from a supplier will affect the price and quality of the bicycle so it is very important for the shop owner to decide quickly from which supplier the bicycle is stocked. To help with the problems described, this study aims to develop a Decision Support System by applying the Promethee method. The method used in this decision support system is the Preference Ranking Organization Method for Enrichment Evaluation (Promethee). . This method consists of several steps, namely determining several alternatives or criteria, preferences, a multicriteria preference index, the value of Leaving Flow, Entring Flow, and Net Flow. The result of this research is calculation and ranking which displays the name of the selected supplier, net flow value, and ranking of each selected supplier. The results of calculations and ranking will also be printed as a report of the results of calculations and ranking.
