Abstract
Penelitian dilakukan untuk dapat membuat sebuah sistem informasi registrasi jenazah berbasis website yang nantinya jika penelitian ini berhasil bisa membantu Instalasi Forensik dalam melakukan proses registrasi jenazah, pembuatan laporan dan memberikan informasi pelayanan pada Instalasi Forensik. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Instalasi Forensik Rumah Sakit Abdul Wahab Sjahranie Samarinda. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu dengan wawancara dengan mengajukan pertanyaan – pertanyaan yang berkaitan dengan registrasi jenazah, tata cara melakukan pembuatan laporan pelayanan dan bentuk output dari laporan pelayanan dan rekap jenazah. Dalam penelitian ini metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan yaitu waterfall model dengan perangkat lunak pendukung yang digunakan adalah Visual Studio Code dan PhpMyadmin. Adapun hasil akhir dari penelitian ini yakni berupa sistem informasi berbasis website yang dapat menyajikan informasi, data, peregistrasian jenazah yang lebih mudah digunakan dan lebih cepat. Sistem Informasi Registrasi Jenazah sebagai media dalam pencatatan yang dapat mengolah data secara mudah, efektif dan efisien. ========================================================= Research was conducted to be able to create a system of corpse registration information based on a website that later if this research can successfully help the forensic installation in the process of registration corpse, report making and provide information on forensic installations. This research was conducted in the forensic installation of Abdul Wahab Sjahranie Samarinda Hospital. The method of data collection used is with interviews with questions related to the registration of corpse, procedures for the creation of service reports and the form of output of service reports and the recap of the corpse. In this research the method of developing system is used waterfall model with the supporting software used are Visual Studio Code and PhpMyAdmin. The final result of this research is a website-based information system that can present information, data, registration coprse that are easier to use and faster. The corpse registration information system as a medium in the recording that can process data easily, effectively and efficiently.
