Abstract

ABSTRAK Penggunaan internet sangat berperan di zaman ini. Bahkan dalam hal bisnis, pelaku bisnis akan tertinggal dan kalah dalam persaingan. Contoh penggunaan internet yaitu, dapat memantau CCTV tempat usaha dari jarak jauh. Pada OMI Creative Design di mana memiliki workshop dan toko yang berbeda tempat, terdapat sebuah masalah yang dapat diselesaikan dengan penggunaan internet, yaitu sering terjadi miss komunikasi karena karyawan di workshop tidak menerima informasi dengan lengkap pekerjaan yang diberikan dari karyawan toko, hal ini dapat menimbulkan keterlambatan produksi bahkan terlewatnya pesanan yang seharusnya diproses. Untuk menyelesaikan masalah ini, perlu dibangun sebuah aplikasi yang dapat memberikan informasi mengenai detail dan status pesanan yang dapat diketahui dan dikelola oleh tim di kedua tempat, agar terhindar dari miss komunikasi dan rantai produksi tidak terputus maka digunakanlah website sebagai media untuk berbagi informasi. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode waterfall karena metode ini melewati fase-fase perencanaan, pemodelan, implementasi dan pengujian dalam pembuatan aplikasi penjadwalan produksi berbasis web di OMI Creative Design. Kemudian pengujian sistem menggunakan metode black box testing. Dengan adanya aplikasi ini membuat proses produksi dapat dipantau secara online dan alur proses produksi menjadi lebih tertata dan mudah dikontrol sehingga dapat memudahkan penyampaian informasi jadwal antara karyawan toko dengan karyawan workshop. Even in business terms, business people will fall behind and lose the competition. Examples of internet use that is, can monitor CCTV business premises remotely. At OMI Creative Design, which has workshops and shops in different places, there is a problem that can be solved by using the internet, which is that there is often a miss of communication because the employees in the workshop do not receive complete information about the work given from the shop employees, *this can cause delays. production even missed orders that were supposed to be processed. To solve this problem, it is necessary to build an application that can provide information about the details and status of orders that can be known and managed by the team in both places, so as to avoid miscommunication and the production chain is not interrupted, the website is used as a medium for sharing information. The data collection method uses the waterfall method because this method goes through the phases of planning, modeling, implementation and testing in making web-based production scheduling applications at OMI Creative Design. Then the system testing uses the black box testing method. With this application, the production process can be monitored online and the flow of the production process becomes more organized and easy to control so that it can facilitate delivery of schedule information between store employees and workshop employees.
