Abstract

Sari Pusfita, NIM : 17.31.022 Sistem Informasi Pemesanan Penginapan Berbasis Web pada Penginapan Read*AL Pulau Derawan Kabupaten Berau. Tugas Akhir KKP Jurusan Manajemen Informatika, Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Informatika dan Komputer (STMIK) Widya Cipta Dharma Samarinda, Supervisor : Dr.Heny Pratiwi,S.kom.,M.Pd.,M.TI Penginapan Read*AL Merupakan Bisnis jasa akomodasi yang didalamnya terdapat unsur pelayanan, kenyamanan, serta fasilitas penginapan yang dibutuhkan bagi mereka yang menghendaki sarana penginapan untuk kepentingan keluarga maupun liburan. Dan Penginapan Read*AL yang belum memiliki Media pemesanan Online sehingga pembeli melakukan proses pemesanan langsung di tempat ataupun menghubungi nomer yang disediakan sehingga perlu dibuatkan Sistem Informasi Pemesanan Penginapan Berbasis Web pada Penginapan Read*AL Pulau Derawan Kabupaten Berau. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi dan metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan waterfall. Dengan metode ini memungkinkan untuk depertementalisasi dan Kontrol. Proses pengembangan model fase one by one, sehingga meminimalis kesalahan yang mungkin akan terjadi. Dengan adanya Sistem Informasi Pemesanan Penginapan Berbasis Web pada Penginapan Read*AL Pulau Derawan Kabupaten Berau dapat menangani proses perkembangan teknologi serba digital. Pada hasil testing dapat di simpulkan bahwa hasil pengujian pertanyaan kuisioner kepada 10 (sepuluh) responden dapat ditarik kesimpulan lebih dari 94% responden menjawab bahwa Sistem Informasi Pemesanan Penginapan Berbasis Web pada Penginapan Read*AL Pulau Derawan Kabupaten Berau memenuhi kriteria-kriteria situs website atau web aplikasi yang baik. And Reading Lodging * AL which does not yet have online ordering media so that buyers carry out the order process directly on the spot or contact the number provided so that it is necessary to create a Web-Based Lodging Reservation Information System at the Reading Inn * AL Derawan Island, Berau Regency. The method method uses the observation method and the system development method uses the waterfall. With this method it allows for depertementalization and control. The process of developing the model is phased one by one, so as to minimize errors that might occur. With the Web-Based Lodging Reservation Information System for Reading Lodging * AL Derawan Island, Berau Regency can wait for the all-digital technological development process. In testing it can be concluded that the results of testing the questionnaire questions to 10 (ten) respondents can be drawn by more than 94% of respondents answered that the Web-Based Lodging Reservation Information System at the Reading Inn * AL Derawan Island, Berau Regency meets the criteria for the website or web application well.
