Abstract

STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma, Pembimbing (I), Salmon, S.Kom., M.Kom, Pembimbing (II), Yunita, S.E., MM Kata Kunci : Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK), beasiswa, berprestasi, Unified Modelling Language, SMK Negeri 1 Tenggarong, Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique Exploiting Rank (SMARTER). Pada SMK Negeri 1 Tenggarong setiap tahunnya pihak sekolah memilih dari setiap siswa maupun siswinya yang berprestasi untuk berhak mendapatkan beasiswa. Namun dalam penentuan penerima beasiswa yang sedang berjalan ini terkendala pengaruh lingkungan (bisa dipermainkan) dan sering terjadi kesalahan dalam perhitungan akumulasi nilai siswa beserta krieria-kriteria yang dinginkan sehingga perhitungan yang dilakukan kurang tepat, oleh karena itu ingin dibuatnya Sistem Penunjang Keputusan. Dalam penelitian ini metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka, wawancara dan metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah waterfall serta Unified Modelling Language (UML) untuk perancangan perangkat lunak dan melalui proses pengujian perangkat lunak terlebih dahulu. Software yang digunakan untuk membangun Sistem Pendukung Keputusan ini adalah Sistem Operasi Windows 10 Pro 64 bit, Sublime Text 3, Xampp 3.2.2, PHPMyAdmin dan Mozilla Firefox 40.1. Dengan adanya sistem Pendukung Keputusan ini, dapat menangani proses perhitungan pada penentuan penerima beasiswa berprestasi pada SMK Negeri 1 Tenggarong. Pada hasil testing juga dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil pengujian pertanyaan kuisioner kepada sepuluh (10) responden dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa lebih dari 84.2% responden menjawab bahwa website ini sudah sesuai dan dapat diterima karena nilai persentase tersebut diatas 50%. =========================================================================================== Arissandi Khoirurrijal, 2020, Decision Support System for the Selection of Achievement Scholarship Recipients at SMK Negeri 1 Tenggarong Using the Website-Based Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique Exploiting Rank (SMARTER) Method. At Tenggarong State Vocational School 1 every year the school chooses from each student and student who excels to be eligible for scholarships. However, in determining the current scholarship recipient is constrained by environmental influences (can be mocked) and errors often occur in the calculation of the accumulation of student grades along with the criteria that is desired so that the calculation is done incorrectly, therefore a Decision Support System is made. In this research the data collection methods used are literature study, interviews and system development methods used are the waterfall and Unified Modeling Language (UML) for software design and through the software testing process first. The software used to build this Decision Support System is the Windows 10 Pro 64-bit Operating System, Sublime Text 3, Xampp 3.2.2, PHPMyAdmin and Mozilla Firefox 40.1. With this Decision Support system, it can handle the calculation process in determining achievement of scholarship recipients at SMK Negeri 1 Tenggarong. In the test results it can also be concluded that the results of testing the questionnaire questions to ten (10) respondents can be concluded that more than 84.2% of respondents answered that this website is appropriate and acceptable because the percentage value is above 50%.
