Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan untuk dapat membuat sebuah sistem e-voting pemilihan ketua RT 018 desa Bakungan kecamatan Loa Janan kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara berbasis Web yang nantinya jika penelitian ini berhasil dapat membantu masyarakat RT 018 dalam proses pemilihan ketua RT. Penelitian ini dilakukan di RT 018 desa Bakungan kecamatan Loa Janan kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu dengan wawancara yang mengajukan pertanyaan – pertanyaan yang berkaitan dengan proses pemilihan ketua RT. Dengan cara dokumentasi, yaitu menganalisis terhadap semua dokumen-dokumen yang berkaitan dengan cara kerja sistem, permasalahan dalam sistem, data inputan sistem, proses dan keluaran sistem yang akan dibuat nantinya. Dalam penelitian ini metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan yaitu Waterfall yang terdiri dari : Analisis, Desain, Implementasi, Pengujian dan Pemeliharaan, dengan perangkat lunak pendukung yang digunakan adalah Sistem Operasi Windows 10, Google Chrome, Xampp Server (Mysql, serta PHPMyAdmin), Notepad++. Adapun hasil akhir dari penelitian ini yakni berupa sistem e-voting pemilihan ketua RT 018 desa Bakungan kecamatan Loa Janan kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara berbasis Web yang dapat memberikan hasil pemilihan yang lebih mudah, lebih cepat dan akurat, sistem e-voting pemilihan ketua RT 018 desa Bakungan kecamatan Loa Janan kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara berbasis Web dapat melakukan proses penghitungan yang lebih efektif dan efisien. ========================================================= The research was conducted to create a web-based e-voting system for the election of the head of RT 018 in Bakungan village, Loa Janan district, Kutai Kartanegara district, which later if this research is successful it can help the community of RT 018 in the process of selecting the head of the RT. This research was conducted in RT 018, Bakungan village, Loa Janan sub-district, Kutai Kartanegara district. The data collection method used was interviews which asked questions related to the process of selecting the RT head. By means of documentation, namely analyzing all documents relating to how the system works, problems in the system, system input data, processes and system output that will be made later. In this study, the system development method used is Waterfall which consists of: Analysis, Design, Implementation, Testing and Maintenance, with the supporting software used is the Windows 10 Operating System, Google Chrome, Xampp Server (Mysql, and PHPMyAdmin), Notepad ++. The final results of this research are in the form of an e-voting system for the election of the head of RT 018 in Bakungan village, Loa Janan sub-district, Kutai Kartanegara district based on Web which can provide easier, faster and more accurate election results, an e-voting system for the election of the head of RT 018, Bakungan village. Loa Janan sub-district, Kutai Kartanegara district, which is web-based, can make the calculation process more effective and efficient.
