Abstract

Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) adalah sistem yang dapat membantu seseorang dalam mengambil keputusan yang akurat dan tepat sasaran. Banyak permasalahan yang dapat diselesaikan dengan menggunakan SPK, salah satunya adalah penerimaan karyawan pada kantor Telkom melak dengan menggunakan bantuan metode Multi-Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Penerimaan Karyawan Menggunakan Metode Multi-Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) dengan harapan seleksi karyawan dilakukan secara obyektif. Dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database yang digunakan yaitu MySql. Dalam penelitian ini, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka, observasi dan wawancara Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah dibuatnya sistem pendukung keputusan untuk melakukan keputusan penerimaan karyawan pada kantor telkom melak. Pengguna dapat menginputkan data calon karyawan, data kriteria dan data sub kriteria. Kemudian sistem akan mencari solusi dengan metode Multi-Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT). Setelah keputusan didapatkan, maka sistem akan menampilkan keputusan tersebut. ======================================================= Decision Support System (DSS) is a system that can help someone to make decisions that are accurate and on target. Many problems can be solved using DSS, one of them is the Employee Acceptance on Kantor Telkom Melak Using The Multi-Attribute Utility Theory Method. The purpose of this study is to produce a Decision Support System for Receiving Medical Staff on Linggang Bigung Health Center by using the SMART (Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique) Method in the hope that the selection of medical staff is done objectively. By using the PHP programming language and database used MySql, In this study, the data collection techniques used were literature studies, observations and interviews. The results of this study are the decision support system made to make the employee acceptance on kantor telkom melak. Users can input prospective employees, criteria data and sub criteria data. Then the system will look for employee acceptance on kantor telkom melak using the multi-attribute utility theory method. After the decision is obtained, the system will display the decision.
