Abstract
Penelitian dilakukan untuk dapat membuat sebuah Sistem Pakar Untuk Mendiagnosis Dan Penanganan Penyimpangan Tumbuh Kembang Anak Dengan Menggunakan Metode Forward Chaining Dan Certainty Factor Berbasis Web agar dapat membantu memberikan diagnosis dan solusi penangannya tanpa harus datang ketempat prakteknya pakar. perangkat lunak pendukung MySQL, HTML dan PHP. Kata Kunci: Sistem Pakar, Diagnosis, Penanganan, Tumbuh Kembang anak, Forward Chaining, Certanty Factor ===================================================== The research was conducted to be able to create an expert system for diagnosing and handling deviation of children's development using the method of Forward Chaining and Web-Based Certainty Factor in order to help provide diagnosis and handling solutions without having to come to an expert practice place. This research was conducted at the Sekolaq Darat Puskesmas, located on Jl. Betirih RT.VIII Sekolah Darat Kec. Sekolaq Darat, East Kalimantan 75564. The data collection method used was interviews by asking questions related to how to describe all the symptoms of diseases that interfere with children's development. In this study using Forward Chaining and Certainty Factor methods with the supporting software used is PhpMyadmin. The final results of this study are in the form of an Expert System for Diagnosing and Handling Deviations of Child Development Using the Web-Based Forward Chaining and Certainty Factor Methods which can help patients for all symptoms of diseases that interfere with children's development and provide solutions.
