Abstract

Stefani Ineke Loesi, 2020, Sistem Informasi Rekam Medis Dan Persediaan Obat Pada Puskesmas Lempake Berbasis Web, Skripsi Program Studi Sistem Informasi Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Informatika dan Komputer Widya Cipta Dharma, Pembimbing Utama: Kusno Harianto, S.Kom.,M.Kom, Pembimbing Pendamping: Siti Qomariah, S.Kom., M.Kom Kata Kunci : Sistem Informasi, Rekam Medis, Obat, UML, Waterfall. Sistem Informasi Rekam Medis Puskesmas Lempake, mencakup pengolahan Rekam Medis, Data Pasien, Data Obat, Data Tindakan, Data Dokter, dan konfigurasi admin, namun sistem yang dibangun tidak mencakup semua administrasi yang ada di Puskesmas Lempake. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode Waterfall, dimana bertujuan untuk menganalisa permasalahan yang terjadi di Puskesmas Lempake dan merancang sebuah Sistem Informasi Rekam Medis Dan Persediaan Obat yang nantinya diimplementasikan dalam bentuk aplikasi berbasis web. Hasil penelitian dari penerapan Sistem Informasi Rekam Medis Dan Persediaan Obat, di Puskesmas Lempake, merujuk pada meningkatnya kinerja para pegawai, sehingga proses pelayanan kesehatan kepada masyarakat dapat dilakukan dengan cepat dan terhindar dari kesalahan-kesalahan dalam pembuatan laporan Rekam Medis pasien dan laporan Persediaan Obat pada Puskesmas. ==================================================================================================== Stefani Ineke Loesi, 2020, A Medical Record Information System And Medicine Supplies At The Puskesmas Lempake Web-Based, Thesis Information System Study Program College of Information and Computer Management Widya Cipta Dharma, Chief Advisor : Kusno Harianto, S.Kom., M.Kom, Companion Advisor : Siti Qomariah, S.Kom., M.Kom Keywords: Information System, Medical Record, medicine, UML, Waterfall. In this research, used Waterfall method, which aims to analyze the problems that occur at the Lempake Health Center and design an information system for Medical Records and Drug inventories that will be implemented in the form of a web-based application. The results of research of the application of the System Information Medical Record and Medicine Supplies at the Lempake Public Health Center, on the guided performance of the employees, so that the process of providing health services to the community can be done quickly and avoiding mistakes in making a patient's Medical Record report and Medicine Supplies report at the center public health.
