Abstract
Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kota Samarinda merupakan salah satu Organisasi Perangkat Daerah yang ada di kota Samarinda dan memiliki tugas pokok dan fungsi dalam meningkatkan pelayanan publik dalam bidang teknologi dan informasi. Bidang aplikasi dan layanan e-government menangani beberapa pengembangan aplikasi dan salah satunya adalah e-kelurahan. E–kelurahan adalah sebuah platform pelayanan informasi kelurahan berbasis teknologi informasi yang terintegrasi dengan database kependudukan yang bertujuan untuk mewujudkan kemajuan tata kelola pemerintahan dalam bidang TI yang baik di tingkat Kelurahan. Saat ini Diskominfo bertanggung jawab melakukan pemeliharaan dan support terkait penerapan e-kelurahan di Kelurahan. Dari tugas dan fungsi yang telah disampaikan artinya Diskominfo mengelola operasi pada e-kelurahan dan kematangan proses dalam mengelola operasi ini perlu diukur untuk dapat senantiasa memberikan pelayanan yang baik. Penelitian dilakukan untuk menganalisis sejauh mana tingkat kematangan terkait implementasi e-kelurahan Pada Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kota Samarinda dengan menggunakan pendekatan COBIT 5.0 pada salah satu domain yaitu Deliver, Service, and Support (DSS).Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah ¬self-assessment dengan menggunakan standar level kapabilitas dan skala rating. Adapun hasil akhir dari penelitian ini yakni berupa rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan level saat ini menuju level yang diinginkan. ============================================================ The Communication and Informatics Office of Samarinda City is one of the Regional Apparatus Organizations in the city of Samarinda and has a main task and function in improving public services in the field of technology and information. The field of e-government applications and services handles several application developments and one of them is e-kelurahan. E-kelurahan is an information technology-based urban village information service platform that is integrated with a population database that aims to realize the progress of good governance in the IT sector at the Kelurahan level. Currently, Diskominfo is responsible for maintaining and supporting the implementation of e-kelurahan in the Kelurahan. From the tasks and functions that have been conveyed, it means that Diskominfo manages operations in e-kelurahan and the maturity of the process in managing these operations needs to be measured so that it can always provide good service. The study was conducted to analyze the extent to which the level of maturity associated with the implementation of e-kelurahan at the Samarinda City Communication and Information Service using the COBIT 5.0 approach in one of the domains, namely Deliver, Service, and Support (DSS). In this study the method used was self- assessment using the standard capability level and rating scale. The final result of this research is a recommendation to increase the current level to the desired level.
