Abstract
Gedung pernikahan (sarana pernikahan) merupakan bangunan dengan fungsi campuran (mixed building), diartikan sebagai wadah untuk tempat mengadakan kegiatan pernikahan dalam satu area berupa kompleks bangunan yang mendukung satu dan lainnya. Gedung pernikahan memiliki berbagai fasilitas untuk mengakomodir kegiatan perancangan, persiapan, serta perayaan pernikahan yang dapat dipesan, disewa, dan digunakan untuk kelancaran pernikahan. Dengan adanya Sistem Rekomendasi Pemilihan Gedung Resepsi Pernikahan yang ada di Kota Samarinda, sehingga calon pengantin dapat memilih gedung resepsi pernikahan yang sudah direkomendasikan. Sistem Rekomendasi untuk memilih Gedung Resepsi Pernikahan dibangun menggunakan Technique For Order Of Preference By Similarity To Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). Metode Technique For Order Of Preference By Similarity To Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) adalah salah satu metode pengambilan keputusan multikriteria. Metode ini banyak digunakan untuk pengambilan keputusan yang mempunyai multikriteria atau kriteria yang banyak. Metode ini juga merupakan salah satu metode yang digemari oleh peneliti di dalam merancang sebuah Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, selain konsepnya sederhana tetapi kompleksitas dalam pemecahan masalah baik itu di tandai dengan konsep penyelesaian metode ini yaitu dengan memilih alternatif terbaik yang tidak hanya memiliki jarak terpendek dari solusi ideal positif tetapi juga memiliki jarak tepanjang dari solusi ideal negatif. Kriteria yang digunakan adalah Fasilitas, Kapasitas Gedung, dan Kapasitas Parkir. Sistem Rekomendasi dengan menggunakan metode Technique For Order Of Preference By Similarity To Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) diharapkan dapat membantu calon pengantin dalam memilih gedung resepsi pernikahan di Kota Samarinda, sehingga akan didapatkan gedung resepsi pernikahan mana yang sesuai dengan kriteria-kriteria yang sudah ditetapkan. ========================================================== The Wedding Hall (the wedding facility) is a mixed building, which is defined as a place to hold wedding activities in one area in the form of a building complex that supports one and the other. The wedding building has various facilities to accommodate the planning, preparation, and wedding celebrations that can be ordered, rented and used for the smooth wedding. With the recommendation of the wedding reception building system in Samarinda, the prospective bride can choose the recommended wedding reception building. The recommendation system to choose a wedding reception building is built using the Technique For Order Of Preference By Similarity To Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). The Technique For Order Of Preference By Similarity To Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method is one of the multi-criteria decision-making methods. This method is widely used for decision making that has multicriteria or many criteria. This method is also one of the methods favored by researchers in designing a decision support system, in addition to the concept is simple but the complexity in solving both problems in the mark with the concept of completion of this method is to choose the best alternative that not only has the shortest distance from the ideal solution is positive but also has a long distance from an ideal negative solution. The criteria used are facilities, building capacity, and parking capacity. The recommendation system by using the Technique For Order Of Preference By Similarity To Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method is expected to help prospective brides in choosing the wedding reception building in Samarinda City so that the wedding reception building will be obtained according to the criteria that have been set.
