Abstract

Tujuan dari membangun sistem informasi pelaporan kebocoran pipa air minum wilayah 2 kota Samarinda ini adalah membangun sistem yang dapat memberikan informasi mengenai letak atau lokasi kebocoran pipa air minum yang berada di wilayah kota Samarinda. Hal ini bermanfaat bagi petugas lapangan untuk lebih mengetahui letak kebocoran pipa air minum di kota Samarinda. Sistem informasi pelaporan kebocoran pipa air minum wilayah 2 kota Samarinda berbasis android menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem waterfall dengan metode penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian ini mengambil sumber data berasal dari Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) wilayah 2 kota Samarinda. Sistem ini dibangun berbasis android untuk segi user atau pengguna dan website untuk bagian admin yaitu penerima laporan. Pada sistem di android pengguna bisa melaporkan atau membuat pengaduan tentang kebocoran pipa yang terjadi dirumah atau ditemukan dijalanan. Dengan memfoto lokasi tempat kejadian kebocoran pipa, data yang dikirim melalui android akan masuk ke server bagian admin sebagai bentuk data laporan pengaduan. Sistem informasi pelaporan kebocoran pipa air minum wilayah 2 kota Samarinda diharapkan akan meningkatkan mutu pelayanan yang maksimal bagi kebutuhan air minum dan air bersih masyarakat kota Samarinda. ========================================================= The purpose of building a drinking water pipe leak reporting information system in area 2 of Samarinda city is to build a system that can provide information about the location or location of drinking water pipe leaks in the city of Samarinda. This is useful for field officers to know more about the location of the drinking water pipe leak in Samarinda city. The information system for reporting leakage of drinking water pipes in region 2 of Samarinda city based on android uses the waterfall system development method with qualitative research methods. This study took data sources from the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) Region 2 Samarinda City. This system is built based on android for the user or the user and the website for the admin section, namely the recipient of the report. In the system on Android users can report or make complaints about pipe leaks that occur at home or are found on the street. By photographing the location where the pipe leak occurred, data sent via Android will go to the admin server as a form of complaint report data. It is hoped that the information system for reporting leaks of drinking water pipes in Region 2 of Samarinda City will improve the quality of service to the maximum for drinking water and clean water needs of the people of Samarinda City.
