Abstract
Pengaduan adalah pemberitahuan yang disampaikan oleh seorang karena hak ataukewajiban berdasarkan undang-undang kepada pejabat yang berwenang tentang telahatau sedang atau diduga akan terjadinya peristiwa pidana.pengaduan yang dilakukan kepada kepolisian secara langsung melampirkan beberapa data diantaranya jenis teindakan atau kategori aduan, informasi tempat dan waktu kejadian, nama pengadu dan nama tersangka atau teradu. Aplikasi pengaduan online berbasis android dibangun dengan mengimplementasikan metode yaitu Haversine Formula yang berfungsi untuk melakukan perhitungan jarak antara pengadu dan kantor polisi dengan tujuan mencari kantor polisi terdekat untuk melakukan pengaduan. Aplikasi Pengaduan online juga akan memberikan informasi nomor telpon dan rute menuju kantor polisi jika sistem pengaduan online tidak diterapkan di kantor kepolisian tertentu. Aplikasi pengaduan online berbasis android ini diharapkan bisa mempermudah masyarakat dalam melakukan pengaduan tanpa harus kelokasi kantor polisi dalam arti lain pengaduan dilakukan secara online dengan aplikasi. =========================================================== A complaint is a notification given by a person because of the rights or obligations under the law to the authorized official regarding the occurrence or being of or suspected the occurrence of a criminal event. Complaints made to the police directly attach some data including the type of action or category of complaint, information on the place and time of the incident, the name of the complainant, and the name of the suspect or complainant. Android-based online complaint application was built by implementing a method namely Haversine Formula which functions to calculate the distance between the complainant and the police station to find the nearest police station to make a complaint. The online Complaints application will also provide a telephone number and route information to the police station if the online complaint system is not implemented in certain police stations. This android-based online complaint application is expected to make it easier for the public to make complaints without having to locate the police station in another sense complaints are made online with the application.
