Abstract
Tujuan penelitian untuk mengidentifikasi, menganalisis kebutuhan, serta memperbaiki proses bisnis yang berjalan agar lebih efektif dan efisien, khususnya proses bisnis pada sistem keuangan PDAM kota Samarinda. Metode Pengumpulan data dengan melakukan wawancara, perangkat lunak yang di gunakan untuk simulasi proses bisnis yaitu Bizagi Modeler versi 3.0.0.022. Perbaikan proses bisnis menggunakan teknik ESIA dengan menggunakan metode Business Process Improvement (BPI) yang terdiri dari enam fase. Analisis dilakukan pada proses bisnis yang sedang berjalan pada bagian keuangan PDAM Kota Samarinda. Adapun hasil analisis dituangkan dalam perancangan Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN). Diharapkan setelah adanya perbaikan porses bisnis, kerja sistem keuangan PDAM dari segi waktu dan sumber daya yang tersedia bisa lebih optimal lagi digunakan agar menjadi efektif dan efisien. ========================================================= Research objectives to identify, analyse needs, and improve business processes that run to be more effective and efficient, especially business processes on the financial system of PDAM Kota Samarinda. Data collection method by conducting interviews, software that is used for business process simulation of Bizagi Modeler version 3.0.0.022. Improved business processes using ESIA techniques using the Business Process Improvement (BPI) method consisting of six phases. The analysis is done in the business process that is running in the finance of PDAM Kota Samarinda. The analysis results are poured in the design of Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN). Expected after the improvement of business porses, the work of the PDAM's financial system in terms of time and available resources can be more optimal to be used to be effective and efficient.
