Abstract
Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kota Samarinda, hanya menerapkan sistem penyimpanan media kegiatan yang di laksanakan masih di simpan di komputer kantor oleh karna itu saat ini sistem manual sudah tidak efektif lagi. Hal ini tentu sajah menjadi suatu masalah pada staff dan karyawan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan aplikasi yang mempermudah penyimpanan media kegiatan yang ada di Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kota Samarinda. Dalam penelitian ini. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah studi lapangan, wawancara, studi pustaka.metode pengujian menggunakan metode Protoyping. Dari hasil impelmentasi sistem, disimpulkan bahwa dengan penggunaan Aplikasi Media Repository Pada Dinas Komunikasi Dan Informatika Kota Samarinda Berbasis Web ini dapat membantu dan memberi kemudahan dalam proses pekerjaan yang dilakukan Dengan adanya sistem ini, staff dan karyawan Diskominfo Samarinda akan lebih mudah mengakses dan mencari kegiatan yang pernah dilaksanakan tanpa harus membongkar file – file yang ada dikomputer, dan dapat di akses dimana saja dan kapan saja secara online. ================================================================== The Office of Communication and Information of Samarinda City only applies a media storage system for the activities carried out and is still stored on the office computer, because at this time the manual system is no longer effective. This is certainly a problem for staff and employees. The purpose of this study is to produce applications that facilitate the storage of media activities in the Office of Communication and Information in Samarinda City. In this research. Data collection techniques used were field studies, interviews, literature studies. The testing method used the Protoyping method. From the results of the implementation of the system, it was concluded that the use of the Media Repository Application at the Samarinda City-based Communication and Information Office can help and provide ease in the process of work carried out. has been carried out without having to unload files on the computer, and can be accessed anywhere and anytime online.
